Suggestion lang po.nasubukan ko na mas matipid sya pag 95 octane na gasolina ang ginagamit. 1.1 na auto ang sa akin at nakaka 17.5 KM/l ako sa SLEX.nasa 80kph ang average na speed.pag city driving ay 13 to 14KM/L.sa headrest,para hindi ka mngawit ay baligtarin mo. sa akin ay ganito.sa mga tumutunog sa ilalim,pa check nyo sa wheel alignment para hanapin ang maluwag.ang sa akin ay yung shock mounting ang sira.dinala ko sa hyundai at inayaos nila ito ng libre dahil sa warranty.

caltex gold ang gamit ko.hindi tugma sa kanya ang 93 at 97 ang octane.gaya ng na post ko na,palaging malinis ang air cleaner ko,pinalitan ko ang spark plug ng bosch fr8 dpx(platinum tip),right air pressure ng gulong at feather foot palagi. hindi pa sya pwersado.nasubukan ko nang gamitin sya papuntang subic.ganoon din ang konsumo 17 to 18km/l. mas mahal pa nga ang toll fee kesa sa gasolina.pinupuno ko sya just below sa labi ng lagayan ng gasolina tapos gagamitin ko at saka lalagyan uli ng gasolina.nalalaman ko kung ilang litro ang nagamit.naka aircon nga pala palagi ako.mainit kasi.

Just had our 1 KM PMS 4 days ago at Hyundai Pampanga. Cost me around P2400. Also, it took such a long time! Nakailang movies kami ng fiance ko sa customer lounge. We took the car around 8am for an 8:30am appointment. Sadly, 4 cars were ahead of us. 9am napasok sa work area nila si Tiny and natapos mga 3pm na.

Problem is, Tiny's left headlight has a condensation. Brought it up sa Hyundai during the PMS pero nung tapos na, meron pa rin. Syempre tinanong ko kung bakit meron pa rin. They told me na nasarado na nila ang butas and iopen lang ang headlight para mainitan at mawala ang condensation. Kaya lang, meron pa rin! Nadagdagan pa ata and meron na water vapors around. What do I do? Balik sa casa (not really looking forward to the long wait). Meron ba ibang pwede gawin na hindi dadalhin ang car sa casa?

Another question na nakalimutan ko itanong sa SA ko...our comprehensive insurance was free when we got the car. How long is the insurance po usually kung free? one year lang ba or 3 years? Thanks to everyone. Happy driving!

if hindi kasama yung pagpaayos nyo ng headlights, 1k PMS should only take 2 hours at the most.

regarding the headlights, you should bring it back to them and then watch them repair it. if hindi pa din maayos, then they should already replace the part.

insurance usually is good for one year only. the LTO registration is the one that's 3 years.

subukan ko nga XCS this week. yung Petron sa Makati Ave-Buendia mura lang XCS nila (mga 0.50 more than XTRA lang) last time I checked.

Delikado ito. Yung 'headrest' kuno ay di naman talaga headrest kundi proteksyon mo sa "whiplash" kung sakaling may kabanggaan ka sa likod.

Kapag inalis mo iyan, mababali leeg mo sa biglang pag-tingala dahil walang haharang sa ulo mo. Kaya naman ganyan ang shape nyan na parang nakaumbok ay para umiksi ang travel time ng ulo mo sa 'active headrest' sa moment ng impact, so ma-lessen ang backforce o pag-batok sa iyo.

Hayaan mo lang yan as designed. Binili mo yang safety feature na yan tapos aalisin mo lang. Para rin sa iyo yan.

Suggestion lang po iyon na IPAGPALIT ang headrests sa harap dun sa nasa likod (hindi tanggalin completely). Kasi judging by Sir JJGF's post eh sobra at napaka-sakit sa batok ng front headrests, eh ako naman, I just let the front headrests be. Syempre 1 year na ang i10 namin kaya sanay na kaming upuan. In short, Sobrang yuko nga ng headrests pero It'll grow on you eventually.

sa likod din meron, baka naman yung tray.. pero sa harap wala naman ako nakikita na maluwag....

Ganyan din samin, may nagra-rattle din sa harap kapag malubak ang daan. Nabasa ko somewhere dito na may maluwag lang na kung-ano sa ilalim tapos pwede ipa-tighten sa casa.
Tsaka sa likod, dun sa left side bandang seatbelt, may umaalog din sa loob ng panel pag malubak.

Suggestion lang ito, kung hindi mo na talaga ma-take yung shape ng headrest sa harap, i-swap mo dun sa recessed headrests sa likod. Kaya lang, hindi mo na makikita yung likod, so wag mo na lang siguro ikabit yung front headrests sa back seat. Suggestion lang.

Yes, Hyundai Dasma confirmed to me na may problem ung EPS module sa steering wheel kaya may parang uma-alog. Nung second PMS ko (5k), I reported it and they said tatawagan nila ako and they never did until now. Next month, 10k na my 3rd PMS and will push them again. I should have called them for follow-up, un lang busy. But, they told me naman na may papalitan na EPS module. Sa THP forum, ung isang member may inadjust lang daw at nawala na. Sa akin, once magawa will update this thread.

Sa inyo, better pa check nyo agad. Kse, for sure factory defect yan. My i10 was made/assembled in India last Aug 2009. Ung ibang ka batch ko, halos same din as reported sa THP (team hyundai phil).

Ipapa-check na namin lahat ng complains namin sa 10k PMS, simula sa faulty keyless entry system and alarm, loose rubber seals hanggang sa lahat ng mga rattles.

Meron ba back warning sensor unit mo? If so, malamang ung module ng sensor naririnig mo. Double adhesive lang kasi nakakabit at nung mawala na adhesive, hayun, hanging na sya dun. Tumutunog pag malubak.

Sa casa rin na-detect. Kaso wala daw sila supply ng double adhesive kaya ako na lang nagkabit when I reached home.

1. Fold the left backseat. Take off the plastic cover of the metal latch that locks the seat. You should see the module hanging. If not, the noise is probably caused by a different thing.
2. Lift the rubber lining (is it what it's called?).
3. Carefully lift the black plastic panel so as no to crack it. A few inches will do just enough that you could insert you hand.
4. Attach the module with a double-sided tape.

That's it!

Noob here, just got our i10 last June. Napansin ko lang, yung remote ng keyless/alarm hindi consistent. Minsan pagina-unlock/lock tumutonog yung busina (1 beep for lock, 2 beeps for unlock or v.v. cant remember it well kasi nga di consistent...) Same din po ba sa inyo?

Mine is doing the same. Sometimes it goes malfunction and only the driver side door locks and the rest doesn't.

Called CASA and they said they will schedule me for checkup, no confirmation from them till now.

Mine is an 8 month old i10 1.2.

minsan mag beep yung busina minsan naman hindi

eto mga napansin ko na problema sa i10 ni wifey 1.2 a/t:

- daming kalampag sa harap na suspension o sa engine compartment
- may pindot sa keyless remote na ayaw gumana
- may eeeeekkk pag nilalagay sa reverse pero hindi naman madalas
- minsan walang busina, click lang ng relay ang naririnig ko
- lagi bumabalik sa default settings ang head unit

Thanks for the reply mga sir. i guess ganun nga talaga. Tinest ko rin naman yung alarm by kicking the tires hard (as in really hard) umalarm naman.. at binuksan yung door while the it was armed, nagalarm din naman.... ok na rin...

So far, so good with our i10. wla pa naman kalampag or kakaibang ingay. di lang talaga ako happy with the FC. im still getting 7-8km/li city driving. 12km/li naman paghighway.

I guess yung problem sa alarm is due to the weak signal. Kasi di sya gumagana pag malayo pa pinipindot. Sakin kailangan halos katabi ko na yung kotse bago mag unlock.

^ kahit alisin sa demo mode, babalik uli pag inalis ang susi.... pati yung volume babalik sa malakas. saka yung na set ko na station sa FM mawawala lahat..

Unioil po gamit ko, same price lang sa Unleaded. No difference with Petron and Caltex of the same variant. Dun sa Regalado beside Shell. Patience lang minsan kse 2 lang attendant, tapos dami customer, mura kase.
