Good morning. Has anyone replaced the rubber pad of their foot (emergency) brake on their 4th Gen Crv?

I ask this because the pad in my 2014 Crv tore and I would like to replace it. I have been to three dealerships (Quezon Ave, Shaw and HondaKal) and none of them have any knowledge about it. One of them even suggested that I just buy the pad of the clutch for the M/T Crv, but he could not guarantee that it would fit.

Any help in securing the part would be greatly appreciated.

*Problem solved: Parts Department of HondaKal found the part. He mentioned that they made a mistake by looking at it at the brake section, instead of the parking (foot) brake section. Part has been ordered.

if owner is not a stickler for detail, he might consider other pads.
bring the car to the auto parts store, so's they can see the pedal.
they might have something that fits it.

I really liked the new diesel 7-seater. It was my first choice when I was choosing between it, the Everest and the Fort... Until I sat on the back seat. I'm 5'10 and sumasayad hair ko sa kisame. Medyo annoying kaya napa atras ako. This is just me though. Other fokks should be fin. Maganda talaga sya. Love the ride qyality and features.

My CRV 2004 has radiator leaking all water out.. I added water pero leak agad sa bottom...
It's parked near Araneta Quezon Avenue now overnight..

Saan ba sa Banawe pinaka reliable na mechaniko who can look into it?? yun hindi scam kasi madami sa banawe ay lokohin ka lang..

Go directly to a radiator specialist and not to a mechanic who will just send it over to the radiator guy ...

mga sir, 4th gen owner here 2.0,tanong ko lang sana kung yung stock na 17 wheels ng 4th gen ay:
1. 5x100 o 5x114.3.
2. offset? at kung magpapalit ako ng mags ano yung ok na offset ng kukunin ko?
3. kung magpapalit ako lets say 19's or 20's, ano size ng gulong puwede kong ilagay sa mga sizes na yun?

ask ko lang about power steering.. 2 days after pinalit yun radiator ko.. I experienced stiff steering for first time when I tried to drive in the morning.. pero after it ok na... what could have caused it?

wala naman leak... does the serpertine belt powers the power steering pump or meron sya separate na power?

right now.. the steering is smooth naman.. so I can't pinpoint the exact problem..

tanong.. if in case the power steering fails.. can you still steer the crv 2004 matic kahit stiff (like cars without any power steering)?
