i finally got the call from honda regarding the air bag recall yesterday. this thursday gagawin at sana hindi abutin ng buong hapon :sweat:

Problema neto, shipping and import duties is already the cost of the item.

Pero I guess this is better compared to having to go fish it out of the maw of the BOC myself. Hehe. Week of Oct13 daw darating. Not so bad na I guess.

Did paypal so I could hide my CC number. Also so I can handle dispute in case mali/iba yung dumating.

With all the customs duties, direct to address na ito I'm guessing.

finally did my recall yesterday. medyo natagalan dahil doon sa promo nila na free 50 point check-up

i'm told i need to replace my front shock mounts soon. any ideas how much this'll set me back?

and anybody here know how to replace the bulb of our fd's hazard button? pundido na din pala pagtining nila

pati pala shock absorber bumper stopper kelangan ko palitan. may nagpalit na kayo nito dito? magkano kaya ito at madali ba mag source nito?

The bump stopper should be cheap sa casa, less than 1K for a pair. This is the casa price I was quoted for sa lumang toyota namin.

The shocks are expensive, siguro 10k isang piraso.

If you don't want KYB, baka makahanap ka ng surplus original sa banawe.

Mahirap hehe. I chose not to replace ours. Kailangan pa atang ibaklas yung buong dashboard.

Shock mounts will cost anywhere from 3-5K, pero 500-1500 lang pag replacement based on checking parts for another older car.

AFAIK 8-10K isa per piece.

I just changed the my shocks sa casa about 3 months ago. 4.7knows each for rear, 5.6k each for front. Bump stop about 1.5k yata yung pair. You can call the casa to check. Labor about 1.5k. Hth

i was doing research about this earlier today and it looks doable. medyo matrabaho nga lang talaga kasi iyong left side ng lower dashboard kelangan pa nga tanggalin. pero it looks like a pretty straightforward replacement job naman

naalala ko na nga itsura niya dati ng gumagana pa yiong bumbilya sa hazard button. na-miss ko tuloy bigla iyong itsura niya buong red button illuminated pag gabi

pero worse comes to worst, i guess i'd let the casa do it na lang maski napalitan ko na iyong head unit ko. ang kaso hindi orig iyong dash kit ko at baka maiba iyong pag set-up ng tech dati ng shop na nagkabit ng hu ko

i asked the casa na about its availability and price and this is just about right
