Before train law, the NWB wipers were the same price as the rubber refill of Honda, around 1k+ each for the FB.

Which is why I bought Elevo, 350 each ata, 2 summers and it's still good today

Btw, this is the replacement NWB wiper set that I bought:



Thinner and lighter than the stock banana type wipers so it wipes more smoothly.

Good to see OEM branded wipers available in local hardwares. Dati kasi mga China ripoff lang eh. Mura nga but doesn't last as long either.

yun daw kasing bosch banana type na luma klase, di daw lapat sa windshield pagtagal.

Banana-type blades as most Filipinos call it, are more commonly known as Beam Blades to the rest of the world. They were introduced in the mid 2000s as better alternatives to the conventional wiper blades since they were one-piece blades with more even wiping pressure. Locally I first saw them on the 2005 Ford Focus and 2006 Civic FD. The current Civic FC still uses beam blades as its OEM wipers.

The blades I bought are called Hybrid Blades which were introduced a few years ago. Basically, hybrid blades are more aerodynamic than conventional hybrid blades and have a more modern design that has similar or better wiping capability compared to a beam blade.

Between NWB and Denso, both are good Japan-made blades. AFAIK more cars have NWB as their OEM wiper so I chose that. But if I wae penny pinching I think the Denso blades are a great choice too.

Do they carry these sa lazada? Tries looking but the sets look cheaper so I’m assuming not hybrid. Can’t find 26 18 inch combo rin.

Hindi na yan sumasabit unlike the stock wipers noh?

I mean pag inaangat mo yung sa driver side, sumasabit dun sa arm ng passenger side na arm.

I've had Denso wipers (same design from above) and it performs okay, mahal lang kase yung NWB.

Yes bro hindi sumasabit unlike the thicker OEM wipers.

Btw for those nearing 40k km, this is the CVT fluid. 3.5L lang may sobra pa. Much less than even the traditional ATs.

Had my door trim reupholstered from cloth to leather. It feels so much more premium!!! Very much worth it!!

Seatmate. Took 6 hours to do it. I'm also having the center armrest reupholstered - had a miscomm with them so it wasn't included in today's job order. Will come back tomorrow for them to finish the job.

Leaving the cloth seats since I like the design and it's been easy to clean so far. Plus it doesn't cook my eggs during summer. [emoji23]

I'd have liked to have the steering wheel wrapped with leather but they would have to wrap it over the urethane base so it'll be too thick. The urethane in the Civic is nice to touch anyway unlike the urethane in other cheaper cars.

6.8k bro. 4.5k yung sides then 1.5k yung center console then 850 yung arm rest. That's synthetic lang ha. 10k sides pag genuine leather. Pero Seatmate na mismo nagsabi na kahit OEM hindi genuine leather pag sides lang.

Sakin meron pa din, I think ikaw yung nag advise na lagyan ng foam or something dun sa may plastic cladding sa may trunk lock.

Nakakatamad kase dalin sa Honda. Try ko na lang bring up sa 2nd PMS ko, but I would not get my hopes up.

And sana hindi nila pansinin na naka RS mags yung akin (RE: warranty, I have the 1.8E).
