I first chose Metallic Steel. Then, Lunar Silver but found the color too dull for my taste. Then, compared the color between Midnight Burgundy and Metallic Steel. The Midnight Burgundy really stands out. Although, I know it's going to be a pain maintaining a dark colored car, but, the heck with it, YOLO. I finally chose Burgundy.

I got the Burgundy too. Great color, but really needs a lot of effort to keep it looking clean

No regrets for me, as you say, YOLO hehehe

My brother-in-law's Civic RS is just gathering dust on the garage. On weekdays, he is studying in Bulacan and he does not bring his car. It is just being used by the family driver for errands within BF Homes. I'd so much like to give it a weekly spin in place of the Fiesta (same coding day) but my in-laws is not too keen on me driving their cars. They are not as eager to drive their cars like me.

I'd so much like to give it a weekly spin in place of the Fiesta (same coding day) but my in-laws is not too keen on me driving their cars. They are not as eager to drive their cars like me.

service lang ng driver yung RS.hehe I suppose the driver also doesn't know how to take good care of the new car paint... imagining lots of swirls and watermarks na from the dust and rain. Minsan tamad na sila to wash so punas punas na lang everyday.

To be fair with our family driver, he takes good care of the cars. The Civic RS is coloured “talong” should he keeps it clean all the time. He knows more how to take care of cars than my brother-in-law. The driver is using the Civic RS or the gas Sorento to run errands for my wife’s parents.

Oh wow that's good to know then... bihira mga ganyang drivers... i see a lot of them driving their bosses' Land Cruisers / MB's / Bmw's and they do their routine wipes every morning while warming up the engines.

My in-laws are not car savvy folks, even my brother-in-law. They like cars and use them but they don’t dwell too much on the performance side of things. They are the type who buy the top of the line model just because it got every feature on it and then they sell the vehicle after 5 years because they don’t want to deal with maintenance. It was a surprise that they kept the 2010 Sorento for that long but its mileage is low for its age, maybe around 80k km.

When the time comes, I will give them an offer on that Civic RS. I guess the Fiesta will be replaced properly then, with an even faster car.

Hi guys, na tamaan ng flying bato siguro yung kotse ko, nag ka paint chip, ang tanong ko is saan pwede maka bili ng touch-up paint, or mas okay na dalhin ko na lang sa shop or casa, may ma suggest ba kayo na shops? Yung concern ko kasi is baka kalawangin daw base sa mga nabasa ko, kaya gusto ko ma repair. Thanks.

Got mine for 1.2k. It's not a perfect match in my case (Cosmic Blue), but good enough that small stone chips aren't noticeable.

I have a white orchid pearl touch up pen similar to the one posted above by sir jut. I can lend you mine provided na idamay nyo rin pinturahan yung paint issue sa kotse ko. Haha. Hinde kasi ako marunong gumamit nung pen eh. I tried using it before pero sobrang chakka at halata nung pagkakagawa ko.

I've read from here na pwede rin tayong magpa-timpla ng paint sa mga paint shops? Question po, yung paint po ba na ibibigay nila, does it come in a spray form? Feeling ko kasi mas madali i-apply kung spray paint na lang gagamitin. Thanks!

Asfaik, yung patimplang paint, kailangan mo pa ng spray gun/ compressor to apply.
