witness testimonies and a few pictures are all that are needed...

the scene is causing so much discomfort to the motorists.

They need to follow protocol.
if they don't any evidence for the case filed against the SUV can easily be thrown out by the judge lalo na kung magaling lawyer nung SUV.

The rules states that no crime scene (assumed kapag may namatay, kaya nga arestado agad driver, may kasalanan man or wala) can be disturbed unless the criminal investigation (which includes the SOCO) has declared it deemed so.

Sometimes, not all vehicular accidents are just accidents kasi or are purely accidents if you know what I mean. That's why the rules and regulations of the PNP mandates it so. The PNP's Field Manual on Investigation of Crimes of Violence and Other Crimes will show the steps. That's what ale828 means by following protocol

How: Initial Investigation conducted shows that the involved motorcycle were traversing southbound km 10+100 at outermost right lane of the said road upon reaching to the said place of incident at km 10+100 accidentally slide his driven motorcycle vered to the right and lost its control due to the road is slippery and hit the concrete barrier. Consequently driver of veh 1 was found dead on the spot at arround 1805H declared by (EMT) Energency Medical Technician Ambulance Team leader Carlo Barsal. after aleged lost of blood due to severe head trauma that cause his Instantaneous death.

Heartbreaking lang na for several minutes at several vehicles eh dinaan-daanan lang siya.
Asar ako sa mga kamote at kung nakita ko barubal sa kalye eh baka tawanan ko lang kung nadulas.
Eto kita na aksidente talaga pero halos hinayaan lang.
I mean hindi naman kelangan mag-first aid ka pero yung tumigil man lang at tumawag ng responde.

Hindi man lang nga tumigil yung may dashcam. Yung mga kamote, autumatic sa kanila to stop pag may motor na naassidente.

Also, these people with dash cams should NOT be uploading these videos! I hope the dash cam owner gets sued by the family. Napaka disprespectful to upload the final moments of the person. Sa police or family lang yan (IF they want to see it)

Heavy motorcycle and medyo big built din si Atty. kaya the momentum was much faster than if it was a scooter and a lean person. Physics isn't on his side on this one.

Helmets strap are not too strong as compared sa mountain climbing gears kaya natatanggal talaga kapag nasaktuhan yung angle. Mukhang front and under the helmet ang point of impact.

From another group discussion someone mentioned that the portion of "road" that he slipped on was actually a metal seam but covered in tar.

It's a bit like what you see in kalayaan-buendia flyover, but they put tar over the metal. Could actually have made things worse because it looks like asphalt, but is actually a lot more slippery.



As for the helmet he might have been using one of those ratchet types. Easier to put on and remove, but not as secure as D-clips.

I have no idea, the pics were just posted with no context.

But considering the angle of the bump, I would assume the Toyota was driving along normally and the Suzuki entered from the side of the road without looking to see if it was clear. (We all know this is a common occurrence in the provinces)

Parehong passenger side ang tama nila so i doubt kung overtake yung scenario.
