    According sa statement ng EEI hinde nag lift yun truck lumipat lang ng pwesto, natumba then tumama doon sa bakal kaya nalaglag

    Wala pong heavy lifting nangyari at the time of the accident. The UB was placed in position since 16 Oct.

    Napihit yung crane kasi lilipat ng site nung tumagilid at tinamaan si UB causing it to fall. Whether or not is was locked into position is another story [TBD].

    Also, the crane involved in the accident is not being used for UB lifting but for the pre-fab deck slabs.
