    Meron na ba tayo pang check on the spot na breathalyser? Kaya pag kumuha ng magaling na abogado dismissed ang kaso due to technicalities.

    Driver ng pick-up na tumakas sa nabanggang sasakyan sa Tuguegarao City, dahilan ng karambola - PNP


    Depensa naman ng suspek na inatake ito ng sakit na high blood habang nagmamaneho subalit pinabulaanan ito ng sumuring duktor.

    Katwiran pa niya na nakaranas umano ang minamaneho nitong sasakyan ng biglang pagharurot o sudden unintended acceleration at hindi nito maihinto na dahilan ng karambola.

    If ever, can you force the other party to let him use the analyzer? Or can you have the police do it? Or can you have it done on a hospital?

    How can you protect yourself with that analyzer?

    Anyway, m/t or a/t type of transmission will kill and can kill anybody...

    Depende na lang sa result ng investigation if the driver or the vehicle is the culprit...

    The above case, is more on the driver.... lasheng... wala sa saktong pag iisip...
