I have done it 10 years ago because of the bad experience I have with Toyota. Since then, I never engage business transaction with toyota.

Or di kaya get a Jazz

Para di O.T. - since we are talking about Sales Agents/Dealers' modus operandi to get huge commisions/profit from a deal when someone buys a car- No. 1 advise is:

AVOID in-house financing - grabe taas ng interest rates. They'll fool you with hassle-free loan processing pero papatayin ka naman sa taas ng interest rates.Yung 48% ng in-house financing can go down to as much as 35% sa mga Commercial Banks like Equitable and Metrobank.

Kung Bank Financing naman, always deal DIRECTLY with the accredited Bank. Or You can also choose the bank w/c can give you the best offer basta accredited din sya ng dealer.

Ikaw dapat makipag-negotiate kung magkano interest rate and Chattel Mortgage Fee . Never trust or rely on Sales Agents when it comes to this matter. Interest rates and Chattel Mortgage are ALWAYS negotiable. Basta ikaw mismo ang kumausap sa bangko, Do not rely on whatever is written on their quotation kasi sobrang taas ng quotation ng dealer.

Last is you have the right to choose your own insurance company w/c is very reasonable para dun sa gustong makamura ng insurance premium and mas convenient na payment terms.

You'll noticed that merong pino-promote na insurance company ang mga Sales Agents.Pansin nyo rin na sobrang taas ng Premium ( alam nyo na kung bakit). Its either tawaran nyo ng todo yung premium OR choose your own insurance company.

    Hope this helps.

THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. (even when he is wrong).

Get a Hyundai Accent instead, diesel crdi engine, bigger than vios, meters are in the proper place (unlike vios' center meters), and it's got 60/40 folding rear seats (vios' is fixed).

Accent's got much more personality than the bland Vios.

that's one reason i opted for other brand like nissan. yabang kasi ng mga toyota dealer dahil taas ng sales nila.

the disadvantages of choosing a leading brand like toyota are taas ng pricing scheme, mayabang at arrogant na sales agent/dealer, poor after sales service.

like what others said pull out your dp look for other brand. i think nissan, hyundai, ford offers very good pricing scheme and promos.

but kung gusto mo talaga ang toyota tsk!! tsk!! tsk!!!

    bayaran mo na.

me: pwede bang sa metrobank ko i-loan
    SA: kelangan in house financing
me: since may account at records na ako sa metrobank for sure mas mabilis dun ma approve
SA: di ho pwede orders from toyota kelangan in house po

WTF **** do they mean by that??? in house financing??? sila ba...toyota ba papautang sa buyer? ang yung insurance kelangan in house din...

and get this pag loan may 20k discount pag cash daw walang discount??? told her parang Gin*go nyo buyer dun ah... he pays 1M spot cash walang discount... eh pag inutang sa banko halos doble kalalabasan ng binayaran nya sa loan bale wala yung 20k discount sa interest ng banko... tameme yung ahente

Para kasing iniipit ng ahente yung threadstarter natin. Siyempre baka sabik na din siya makuha yung sasakyan, nagbabakasakali na yung ahente na baka patulan na yung bente mil na 'ransom' para makuha yung Vios.
