    Guys may tanong ako about dun sa promo period ng toyota na free comprehensive insurance for the month of september , kasi kumuha kami ng toyota vios 1.5 G AT bale nagdownpayment kami last september 20 sa toyota otis hinabol nga namin yng promo nila na free comprehensive insurance sabi ng sales agent 2-3 days makukuha na namin yng unit hangang kahapon wala pa rin unit tapos kagabi tumawag ang sales agent na may available na unit na kaso wala na daw comprehensive insurance na free dahil october na tapos na yung promo period nila di ba dapat pasok na sa promo period yung downpayment namin last sept 20 hindi naman namin kasalanan kung wala silang maibigay na unit nangako sila na magkakaroon kami ng unit within 2-3 days tapos binigyan kami ng ultimatum today na kuhanin yung unit pero kailangan bayaran namin yng 22 k na insurance. Anong magandang gawin ? .. Thanks

    uy ano ito? bagong kalokohan na naman ng mga toyota sales agent!!! tsk tsk tsk.

    bossing nasa papel ba yung free comp. insurance? kasi kung walang kasulatan mahirap habulin. kilala ang mga toyota sales agents (karamihan, not all) na di marunong tumupad sa usapan. pakulo lang nila minsan para kumita sila.

    yes nasa papel nakasulat nga un tapos pati rin yng ibang dealer na pinuntahan namin may promo sila talaga

    takutin mo muna na irereport mo sa DTI. afaik, may mga DTI permits yang mga promo ng car dealers.

    hi,

    i work for a toyota dealer. sori pero wala na talaga ang free comprehensive insurance sa vios 1.5 dis month. if u can wait try next month or try another dealer baka my sept stock pa sila na pwd ma free ang insurance.

    Well, October na at wala na talaga yung promo, so ang pinakamaganda nalang siguro lumipat ka ng dealer at iwan yung agent. :D

    heh..."sept stock" anu nanamang excuse yan...the reservation and plant order was already made in Sept.

    The question here is why they have promised that they can deliver the unit within 2-3 days so they can have the promo. And if the agent can not provide the car, they should inform the buyer before hand para hindi umasa sa promo.
    This is not a good image for Toyota. Please discuss it and help and give the buyer a peace of mine because this will multiply as unsatified Toyota costomer:meeting:

    pull out mo na lang downpayment and wait for another promo... style nila yan promo then sasabihin may units kahit wala just to get hold of your money...

    ginawa sa akin nung agent ko sa toyota seat cover lang yung free. 1 month na wala pa. sakto kilala ko yung anaknung may ari nung toyota alabang, told her about the agent, she pulled out the records, ayun buking ang daming nakalista na free for my unit, pero seat cover lang ibibigay sa akin... got the whole load of stuff... agent was terminated...

    a deal was initiated when you paid and they accepted the downpayment (sept 20), so dapat masunod yung kasunduan nyo upon completion of the deal. what if naglabas sila ng promo ngayon na mas madaming freebies. ano kaya susundin nila.. thing is ginugulangan ka ng agent mo. at siya pa magbibigay ng ultimatum ha..

    pull-out your downpayment asap and look for another dealer.. or another car... :naughty2:

    usually mag promise kami kung may allocation pa kami sa planta pro depende na nayan sa planta kung bibigya nila kami cguro hindi na bigyan. cguro din nag assume yong agent na mag xtend ang promo. nag xtend nga pro d kasali ang vios. wala na talaga ma gawa ang agent nyan kasin strick yong planta sa uniform pricing and discounting. maganda gawin dyan mag hintay sa next na promo or call other dealership kung maka bigay pa sila nang free insurance.

    talaga naman. that's a not so subtle kind of deception. i agree w/ psylocke's suggestion wholeheartedly. take your money, go to another dealer, and spread the bad news about this particular dealer

    toyota and honda, habang tumatagal sinisira nyo image nyo!

    Visit 'lesser known' brands. Usually sila mas maganda promos.

    I don't like dealing with the two 'mainstream brands' anymore. Sumasakit lang ulo ko.

    Bad deals + worse after sales service. Pweh.

    mostly bumibili ng toyota/honda nowadays ay habol lang is resale value: pansinin nyo, yan ang bukang bibig ng toyota/honda agents....yun ang hype nila: mataas ang reasle value!

    at rule ngayon: kahit anong bagong sasakyan, basta wala pang 5-6 years sa market, sa casa lang din yan maseserbisyo...mahirap ipagawa bagong sasakyan sa katiwala mong mekaniko, pagaaralan din nya yun,e...void warranty pa!

    pull out mo deposit mo, kung ayaw, magwala ka, tawagin mo manager! aba pera mo yon at di sila magdedesisyon dun!

    and lastly, magwala ka lalo kung sasabihin nilang may penalty pag nagrefund! anu sila easy money???-->ganyan ginawa sa akin sa ref ko, di nila agad nadeliver, 1 month na, nung nirefund ko aba txt sa akin ng ahente may 2% charge! 7,100 pa naman yon...anu sila, di ako pumayag...
