Naku di pede sa kin yan. Karapatan mo yung space infront of your house, kahit sino pa sya. Kunan mo litrato tapos, kausapin mo yung tatay nya at ipakita sa kanya yung pic na evidence mo. Nasa tama ka naman so yun ang ipaglaban mo.

^^ +1.
imo, mali yung pag-gamit ng term na "right" mo mag-park sa tapat ng bahay mo coz it's not part of ypur property. If ever "allowed" ang parking sa street, it would have to be first come-first served.

although ang kalye ay considered na public property and under the responsibility of the local government may certain conditions like ordinances that states that when a street is located in a residential area, the driveway or or entrance and exit of the homeowner should not be blocked at all times by others.reason for these are during emergencies and the right of way of the homeowner.the local baranggay should see to it that the ordinance is followed. kung hindi ito masunod ang dapat ireklamo ay yung baranggay chairman. you should check with your sanggunian panglungsod office about the exact provisions or ordinance in your area. i should know..i had that problem months ago and now pati chairman samin bahag na ang buntot sakin.
