Under the law you all are not entitled to park in a public road.
Pero we all know this is wrong.

October 2nd, 2008 09:09 PM #25AFAIK, public roads are publicly owned. Even if your house stands along the road and you don't have a garage, then it is free for all. If you do have a garage and a driveway then they can't block your driveway. Looks like you're out of luck on this one.

good luck.

This is so true. There was this guy who moved in next to our house and he keeps on parking his car across our driveway because of the coconut tree that gives shade to his car. Although he doesn't block our driveway, it's still annoying that he has to park his car across our driveway when the whole road is free for him to park and there are several spots where he won't be causing inconvenience to other people. I even resorted to cutting large branches from our tree and laying it on the street so he can't park My neighbor chopped it off as firewood so it was only a temporary solution I almost confronted that guy but I was able to contain myself although I ended up having high blood. hehe. It's a good thing my yaya is really ma PR and she gives our neighbor fruits from our backyard. We ended up being friends with our then pesky neighbor. hehe. Now we're chummy and they send us food as well.
