    WTF!

    permit?

di naman oras ng truck ban. di naman oversized load (like a tractor trailer na may karga 40 ton heavy machinery)

it's a freaking generator on a 6 wheeler truck. kelangan daw ng permit?!

so everything delivered by truck to Makati kelangan ng permit?

    great racket

This practice has been going on fro several years and I think we should unite in fighting this. I was apprehended once and was informed that diesel is naturally dirty which means that no maintenance can supersede diesel.

there's such a thing as overregulation

    government gone wild

    Ayn Rand:
The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws.

The roads are bad, the sidewalks are cracked up and those jollijeeps are stinking health hazards.

Also, from what i learned before, when you abruptly floor a diesel engine, the injection pump will immediately run a rich a/f mixture so no matter what the emission test will really be bad as compared to the more evened out a/f mix when the pedal is depressed gradually.

those tests were designed to make vehicles fail

racket yan. Makati needs all the money it can get

their populist local govt spends tons of money to pay for the free stuff it provides Makati's low income residents

diba meron free health care doon? Ospital ng Makati?

free school supplies para sa public school students? am i right? heard it somewhere

that's how the Binays stay in power. they buy the poor

the money they use to buy the poor comes from everybody else

that smoke belching racket is just one of many rackets they implement to raise money

Binay's secret weapon -- attending wakes

Binay's secret political weapon: Wakes | The Manila Bulletin Newspaper Online
    Binay's secret political weapon: Wakes
    By JC BELLO RUIZ
    June 30, 2011, 6:00pm
MANILA, Philippines — Odd as it may seem but Vice President Jejomar C. Binay gets some sense of self-fulfillment in going to wakes after visiting more than 60,000 of them from 1986 to 2010.

Now the second most powerful man in the country, Binay said he still finds time going to wakes, mostly of Makati residents.

“Last night, I went to the wakes of my former teacher, of a former barangay captain who is a friend of mine, and of a Makati resident,” Binay said in an interview.

He developed the habit when he was mayor of Makati City for more than two decades.

Binay said that on average, he went to eight wakes in Makati every day of the week.

He said this translates to more than 60,000 wakes visited from 1986 to 2010.

Sometimes, he visits as much as 23 wakes a day, Binay said.

“When you go to a wake, you come at the right time and at the right place as I had always been saying. Somehow you need some moral support and some help financially," Binay said in Filipino.

Yeah bulok talaga Makati. Other businessmen I've talked to consider it part of the cost of delivery to Makati na lang. That's really sad. So much for daang matuwid.

kelangan mo talaga i-factor in ang cost of delivering goods to Makati -- yung cost ng huli

    puro modelo at magagandang oto?

ano gusto nila pang deliver ng goods? BMW 5 series?

    stupid dumbsh#t govt

Last time nagulat ako at nasa ilalim sila ng tulay ng Guadalupe.

Kanina dun pa din sila sa magallanes north bound.harang nila yung pa-manila and papuntang pasay.

wala pa bang actions about this operation?

I was asked to pull over twice but dineretso ko takbuhan. The first one was at magallanes around noon and the second was at C5 kalayaan u-turn slot sa baba nun.

Last Tuesday 4 yung nadaanan kong ASBU.

1st in mindanao avenue, going to sm north, sa harap ng ginagawang starbucks, before reaching st. james.
2nd. after Uniwide coastal, after exiting coastal stop light, going to manila, merong naka orange dun.
3rd, makati northbound, after shell ayala, pag akyat mo ng tunnel.
4th, mindanao ave ulit, north bound, before reching st james.

I dont think, my mali sa ASBU, the thing is dapat walang areglo or kotong, so that yung talagang super mausok ay mahuli and ipaayos.
at gumawa sila ng tamang procedure how to conduct proper smoke belching test.
