one thing I noticed with the Makati ASBU they have preferences when they apprehend diesel fueled vehicles...they flag down all delivery aluminum closed vans, L-300s, L-200s but they don't dare flag down starex, pajeros and patrols...heck they don't flag down PUJs and PUBs (magkano lagay ng mga to buwan buwan?)....if they're strict to their work they should accost all with no exceptions...but I do agree that those administering the emission test are not qualified...their main business is to let your ride spew out smoke to their pleasure (para may kita)...I support the move to probe this practice.

lagi ako dumadaan sa jp rizal going to office (DOE) ng brother ko every morning, sa observation ko 8am nag reready na sila then pag 9am start na sila mag flag down ng mga sasakyan. pero mga jeep ng guadalupe to c5 taguig fti at pateros di nila pinapara na grabe mag labas ng itim na usok.

kaya pag uwi ko sa bahay (manda) i take kalayaan na then exit sa edsa medyo napahaba ang bjahe pero kesa naman ma abala at mag multa pang gas ko nalang yun.

2. kanto ng c5 kalayaan yung pa ahon na part yung may tunnel ba yun o overpass not sure hehe papuntang gate 3 at cembo
3. intersection ng gate 3 kalayaan dun sila din part na ata ng cembo yun

kaya para iwas sa bonifacio/taguig kayo daan kung pupunta kayo o lulusot kayo edsa to cubao iwas trapik pa. kaya pag anjan kayu sa area wag nyong hintuan ignore nyo lang di naman nila kayu hahabulin eh ive done that many times pag na tye tyempohan

What should be done if one fails makati emission (or any local govt., denr roadside check)? Tangal plaka daw pag bumagsak.

Monday, nabiktima ako ng mga ito. Sa may SSH, waltermart area. Driving a 2004 dmax ewan ko bakit na "random" ako. Nakaka inis sila, yun random nila bulok bakit yun talagang umuusok hindi nila e-test. Ang resulta ay i got a 0.03 (my registration emission test was 1.2 go figure), fail daw kapag over 2.5 of whatever.

But i saw a newer lic. plate XTV### confiscated. So kung mas "bago" pwde mag fail, paano pa kaya kapag mas luma kahit well maintained. At pansin ko puro private ang pinapara nila, corsswind, adventure, vans. Though some of them look old or +/- 1 year same age as mine.

At parang ang reasoning nila para hindi ka maabala, every 2 months (or yun validity ng emissions test mo) mag pa test ka to prove na pass emissions ng kotse mo. Bull.

That's why I don't stop at these idiots. If they flag you, don't stop. Avoid if you can. I know it may be wrong but that's just the way it is. Don't worry, they don't usually have police with them and wala din silang sasakyan na pang-habol sa inyo. Even if they do, they wouldn't waste thier time on you since madami pa namang dadaan na pwedeng kotongan.

BTW, I drive a diesel powered vehicle.

Mayroon na naman gamitong operation sa C5 lagpas lang ng kalayaan elevated u-turns.

Dahil sa kanila, nagkakaroon tuloy ng artificial bottle neck.

all of us good private motorist should have a hot line txt system.. if we see any of this emisions test kotong groups.. we should all go over there and volunter to stop and test the PUJ and PUBs that belch out black smoke..
