at 35kph, as a driver, you'll have an idea kung fatal or not ang tama mo. at syempre, natural tumakbo na e so ba't mo pa hahabulin, which means hindi na nya kailangan ang immediate medical attention. i'm talking about instances na obvious na kailangan dalhin sa ospital ang biktima.

at sa case na fatal naman. bahala ka na mag-decide kung ano gagawin mo based sa reaction na makikita mo.

I made the statement about the driver not always being at fault because you said that if a car hit your relative and blamed the accident on your relative, you would beat up the driver. Eh paano kung talagang kasalanan ng kamag anak mo? :down:

that would happen only if instead of offering assistance, like taking the victim to the hospital, ay unahin pa nung driver na mag-rant about kung sino may kasalanan.
kung kasalanan talaga ng kamag-anak ko, blame him/her after you took him/her to the hospital kung gusto mo. malamang mas maiintindihan kita, driver din kasi ako.

Kahit gaano kalaki damage nung sasakyan at kahit sino ang at fault, dapat pa din unahin yung welfare nung victims...kahit bumps sa head or minor scratches, we should give them the proper attention. Wala na sana marami pang discussions dyan. Yung bangga madali ipagawa, pera lang kelangan. A lost limb will forever remain an unpleasant reminder of the accident.

Bro not to flame you or anything but this is different than fender bender accidents. Whoever is at fault does not matter if injuries were sustained. Mas mahalaga pa rin ang buhay ng tao kumpara sa damage ng sasakyan. And I do believe na di na kelangan magsisihan kung sino may kasalanan pag nakabundol ka ng bata dahil mas importante na mapa-check up yan kung may internal injuries, broken bones etc... and at 35 kph... i do believe meron yan injury kahit nakatakbo pa yan....

I had two experiences before. Yung una almost the same sa mga na share dito. After making a turn, may isang nakaparadang jeepney sa left ko. Biglang may tumakbong bata infront of my car. Brake hard pero huli na. Saw the kid bend over my hood sideways then flew up. Pagbagsak, tayo agad tapos tumakbo. Dito nag iba yung story ko. Kahit maraming tambay, di ko na pinansin. I just went down my car and ran after the kid (mga 12 na siguro yung bata). Finally caught up with him (hingal!) kaso ayaw sumama nung bata sa akin but i noticed his right shoulder sagging a bit. Pinilit ko talaga at sinama ko yung isang kalaro para hindi matakot. I was right, fractured yung collar bone. Spent for the doctor and medications and eventual check up for two months. Gastos at abala pero nakakatulog ako ng maayos after that. Yung second, M.O. naman. Bagal ko pero bigla na lang may nadapa sa side ko claiming tinamaan ko. Matabang lalaki. Ayaw namang magpadala sa hospital kahit pilitin ko. Tapos nanghingi ng 500. Binigyan ko na para matapos. Pag bigay ko, ang bilis na lumakad paalis. Nawala yung pilay at sumabit pa sa jeep. This time hindi na ko nakatulog afterwards! naloko ako eh! he..he..he..

I agree with swordsman. It is our responsibility to help the victim regardless of whose fault it is. di ba kahit bystander lang tayo kapag may nakita tayong naaksidente, hangga't maari we extend our help...

bakit kaya kailangan pa may bugbugan scene pa sa mga squatters area e accident lang naman yun. Pwede naman siguro i settle yun problema kaya lang ang mga driver tumatakas kasi takot silang mabugbog o mamatay sa bugbog.

Nung nag schoolbus pa ako nung grade school, along aurora may tumatawid na college student ayun tumama sa bakal na sidemirror ng schoolbus yun mukha, as in sapul. Pero ok lang naman walang nangyari sa student.
