Right of way naman ang pickup, He slowed down too late and didn't avoid the impact. Problem is sya naka bangga.

The female driver put her life and her passengers' in front of this 2000kg vehicle.

The pickup driver has to say he got surprised. That should clear him given the footage. The footage is his evidence already. Hope he gets cleared from this mess.

Na Bulaga yung pickup driver. Naharangan ng dalawa tricycle na lumampas kaya hindi nakita siguro. Yung motor should have stop/slowed in the middle before going thru, that's how most ng mga tumatawid na motor in that kind of situation na nakikita ko.

Read the comments sa FB , stupid law (c/o Joey Lina) sinabi kona dati sa 2 wheels vs 4wheels talo yung 4 wheels sa kaso. Wala ng right of way ngayon, kaya andyan yung stupid na batas nayan dahil naabuso yung right of way. Sagot lahat ng driver ng pickup yan, kahit yung injuries ay related for not wearing helmets.

i do not think it matters, whether 1, 2, 3, or 4 wheels, kung sino ang default na may kasalanan.

barko and trains on rails lang yata, ang natatandaan kong may right of way at all times.
(the big barko always has right of way over the much smaller boat.)
