Car owner kills Carnapper !

He shot a man in the act of committing a crime. A man who was armed and who was in the process of stealing his property. I think the mitigating circumstances are there to render it a no-contest case... unless he didn't have a permit to carry, but even then, I don't think anyone will be looking to prosecute.

Yeah, keep his identity secret... but the robbers already know where he lives!

OMG--- sino ba yung ma-epal na explain explain dyan about the car owner being liable and all... ok ka lang??? lawyer wanna be ka i guess. You were not at the scene of the crime so shut up... so what if he ran after the carnapper, he has every right to do so, NINAKAWAN nga eh!! so i guess if you have a loved one na na-rape tapos paalis yung attacker, magoo-goodbye pa sya and say thanks??? helloooooooo! barilin ko rin kaya yung hanggang maubos bala ko at pagtatadjakan ko pa!
WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! This is reality! I commend this brave man for defending not only what is his but having the balls at the craziest aand scariest moment of his life. Yan ang lalaki!

I think a huge part of this case will depend on how the investigation report comes out... kung may slant vs he carnap victim.. mahirap... pero kung malinis ang pagkakagawa.. there shouldn't be any problems kahit umabot pa sa court...

yung magnanakaw na nasa loob ng bahay mo di mo pwedeng patayin? nasa loob yun ng pamamahay mo at stranger pa, pag napatay mo may mga witnesses ka na kasama mo sa bahay, trespassing, threat sa buhay nyo at kung ano ano pang depensa na pwede mong sabihin.
back to topic, yung ibang dyaryo pinangalanan din at inilagay pa yung complete address at pati yung plate no. ng sasakyan. wag lang sana balikan yung owner.
