doing it the other way, invites traffic build-up and accidents.

Baka dahil we drive on the right side of the road? Not sure if it's the other way around in countries where they drive on the left side.

Could be that the vehicle was carnapped,- and so the old plate number was already in the hot list....

And with that, a new plate number is assigned...

Happened to me with one of our old cars in the past....

Lintik ang buildup sa Macapagal Ave paliko to coastal road (dun sa may Icon hotel). May mga coo pal na nag-counterflow para sumingit sa mga kumakaliwa. Dagdag pa yung mga gumagawa ng 3rd and 4th lane sa kanan. That's 5 lanes na nag-uunahang makapasok sa isang 2-lane na kalye. Wala namang kahit anong traffic enforcer sa lugar na yun.

I'm beginning to think drivers from the south are some of the rudest and worst traffic violators in metro manila.

Sa susunod kung kakanan ka at 3 naman yung lane, pwede dun ka sa gitna or rightmost lane. Ang layo ng crossover mo, para kang si lebron james kung maka crab step!

Useless din naman yung ginagawa nila since maiipit pa din naman sila sa tollgate or sa Zapote.
