Isang tanong pa po. Medyo naguguluhan ako. Ang foglights ba, ok lang gamitin kahit wala naman fog or ulan? Kasi naisip ko baka pwede na yun ang gamitin ko kapag gabi tapos madilim at may mga kasalubong ako. Sabi naman ng kapatid ko, bawal daw yun. Ano po ba ang tamang pag-gamit? Thanks!

Personally, it doesn't bother me pag kasalubong ko naka-on ang fog lamps. I'm referring to the stock fog lamps commonly seen in new cars that's positioned low and is not much brighter than the headlights.

Di ko lang alam kung bawal ang paggamit pag wala namang fog.

Pasingit lang po. Slightly new driver here doing my best to have proper road etiquette, kailan po ba appropriate gumamit ng high beam?

Just tonight an idiot Fortuner driver behind me had its high beams on. Sa sobrang liwanag, anino ng tsikot ko nasa mismong harap ko. I flipped my rearview mirror to night mode to keep the glare off my eyes kaso both side mirrors ko rin puro ilaw nya ang nakikita ko.

I just decided to stop sa right side and let it pass. Bwisit.

The stock foglights arent high throw. So it doesnt really blind on-coming traffic.

Pag sa mall parking I use the parking light and foglight. My headlights are too intrusive sa parking.

gamitin ang fog lights pag may fog lang... sa mall parking headlights pa din, para malayo pa lang makita ka na ng iba, lalo na sa mga kanto... di yong bigla nalang bubulaga, hilig pa naman ng mga SUV sumampa sa mga corners islands na designed na hindi paradahan para wla blind corners...

Hindi ba dapat sa gitna talaga sila ng lane? Doubly so if nasa motocycle lane. Motorcycles are to be treated as you would treat other vehicles three/four-wheeled or otherwise iirc. And you would overtake them as you would other vehicles. Honking to get other road users out of your way is not the proper way to do it.

Btt: motorbikes NOT on the middle of the lane. Filtering is fine, wag lang yung pipilitin pang sumingit sa outside edge ng lane while you are turning.

And you would overtake them as you would other vehicles. Honking to get other road users out of your way is not the proper way to do it.

When we short beep/honk we mean to say "share the road"

When I position the car, I always make enough room for mc's to overtake me. If the car infront of me is on the leftish side I drive also on the leftish side so that mcs can pass on the right.

We also short beep/honk so the mcs driver will at least know we will pass him.

Sir, sa province don't have a motorcycle lane, when I said that they're in the middle of the road, what I meant was they're on the middle of the overtaking lane/fast lane, I do short beep lng indicating I want to overtake, problema lng ay di ka nila pinapansin tapos sobrang bakal pa takbo nila, di naman pwde mag overtake sa kabila kasi kasalubong mo naman on coming traffic, di ka naman pwdeng mag overtake sa right most lane kasi nandun mga slower vehicles like jeepneys or cars parked on the side of the road, i don't know if some gone thru test or seminars on road courtesy 😯.

Naku sir, ako pa, I don't want to offend other drivers MC or cars alike, I just do short beep/honk, just one tap of the horn sa car, pero if jeepneys ay ibang usapan na, pag di nakuha sa short beep ay loooong beep na.
