Well, she'll have to prove in the first place that said service did not take place. Then she'd have to track down who the original poster was... two years since and he's not around anymore. To do that, you'd need a court order and the cooperation of both tsikot and PLDT or whatever web service the guy used... of course, if it was prepaid or internet cafe, there's no way in hell we can know...
But, except for grand fraud, I don't know any way to get all of that help. Forum posts are public, and, hindi ba, whatever is written may or may not be the opinion of tsikot.com?
In other words, if someone wrote a letter to a newspaper complaining about her shop... can she sue the newspaper? No.
They really, really shouldn't have resurrected the thread in the first place. Nobody was paying attention to it. In this case, she should just completely ignore what's happening here and let the issue die down completely.
Not every single person in the Philippines comes to Tsikot, geez... there are still other customers out there!

Well... same advice. He should just forget it and let it slide.
These things die down after a while. Except in the case of Miller's... but that's because they're still doing the same old thing.
He can do just as torque2006 (James) of autotechnika does. If he sees a new complaint online, he should try to address that complaint. Tapos!

What a forumer posts is his/her own property. Tsikot.com, it's administrators, moderators, and other affiliates have nothing to do with it.
I've alerted the other forums that they might receive a PM from the same person that PM'ed afrasay just in case they also have a rant against Alperz in their databases. That includes our friends from 4x4ph, AI, PEx, MyMitsu, and FCP.
And why would you need to go through Tsikot.com if you wanted to badmouth a business? Tsikot.com is a special interest site. You could always try for maximum impact and go to a local motoring 'journalist' who gets article space in a major broadsheet.
And to quote Drexx of 4x4ph.com:

Yes, that's a form of blackmail. If tsikot.com wants to file a complaint, go to the police unit that can handle this best: the PNP-CIDG's Computer Crime Unit and look for the main guy who is Col. G. Sosa. Tell them I recommended you go.
If their "hackers" launch an attack, then there's even better cause for investigation. The CCU are the teams who handled the PLDT/Ragnarok & Gov.Ph hacking cases, to name a couple.
If the complainant happens to be nearer NBI's quarters in Taft Ave., they can go there as well. Go directly to Atty. Meneses, the main dude, so he can assign an agent to the case. Tell him I sent ya.
Filing a complaint is free (of course!). The phone number of PNP-CIDG's Computer Crime Unit is +63-2-723-0401 ext. 5513. If Col. Sosa is not around, look for inspector Levy Lozada. I hope that landline still works, because I've always txt'ed them only.
At the very least, if a complaint is filed, it builds computer-related crime statistics. Which helps us all in the infosec industry (government and private) build better resources against injustices like this.
