ghosthunter, umaakyat pa naman yung stick pero sobrang bagal na and i ran out of road na. don't know why ang bagal ng exalta namin. baka dahil 93 octane fuel lang ginagamit namin???

160 kph on NLEX driving a galant vr. sandali lang, just wanted to test the car's capability. settled to regulation speed afterwards

the fastest i did way back in 1998 was 220kph on my honda civic 1996 vti car at skyway southbound. that was the max on the speedometer. no police radar before.

and when im driving to and from isabela-manila max is 190kph with the same car. yep too much weight on my feet. hehehe

but now as i got older and wiser im on the 130kph while driving my suzuki jimny 2002 model. and 140kph on our yr2000 expedition.

my fastest ever drive was during the early morning of easter sunday, 1993. i drove a 1993 toyota corona from candon, ilocos sur to sta. cruz, manila from 12midnight to 3am. driven distance was 340 kms, actual driving time was about 2hours and 30mins because we had a merienda break in rosario, la union. it was possible to drive like that because the national highway was practically deserted during that time. i think i reached 220kph at one point, in san manuel, tarlac. at those speeds, it is better to keep one's eyes on the road and leave the speedo peeking to the passenger.

ako 96 civic vit matic 180kph sa macapagal. pero yung daddy ko back in the early 80's opel ascona, balintawak exit to dau 32 minutes. d ko na alam kung ano takbo nya nun.hehe

basta ako noon sa macapagal 180kph takbo ko then may biglang dumaan na sir takbo nya 200+++ parang dinaanan lang ako!!! im not sure of the modifications, i think change engine or turbo with nos. kahit ano doon kasi mahirap makaabot ng 200 ang civic lalo na nung time na yun kasi ang layo ng gap namin...
