July 31st, 2014 06:28 AM #32Lawyer is the best or settle it on the spot with cash so no one will know you have an expired license. Follow the cops suggestion and she's going to be in deep ****. IMO this kind of carelessness, I believe its not to be tolerated. Driving with an expired license and lacks safe distance driving. Looks to me your officemate is a total ahole.

babayaran niya ung nasa 2nd papaayos niya kotse niya harap likod.

Tama, driving without or expired license does not necessarily mean na ikaw na agad may kasalanan.
If that is the case, porke wala kang license, pwede ka na bangga-banggain?
I believe this was tackled in a podcast before, di ko lang alam kung sa Counterflow yun, and the LTO person nagsabi about that. Magbayad ka lang ng fine na driving without or expired license.
But then again, irresponsible pa din magdrive ng expired license. ehehe!

Correct me if I'm wrong...
Ang alam ko no license to drive means you have no right driving a vehicle. The driver and car should not be even on public roads kaya nawalan ng rights yung walang license.
If that's the case na ok lang na walang license kung Babayaran lang pala penalty kung mainvolve sa accident.

an expired license does not mean no license, it only means the license is expired. may penalty pag nahuli but it does not make you liable automatically in a traffic accident. liability will still bear on the one at fault. di ka nga lang maka-claim sa insurance mo at pag strict yung traffic officer multa ka (or lagay ka).
