    Ngayon lang, but not me. Ka officemate kong babae nabangga sa may c5 pasig sa may hypermart. Siya yung pinaka last daw na bumangga, 4 na kotse sila so for sure siya yung nasa likod. Problem now is her drivers licence is expired. Nasa police staation na daw sila ngayon. Ano dapat nya gawin? Wala ako mai-advice. Please help.

    Not sure but insurance wont shoulder cost of car repair....

    - drunk driving

    - expired license.

    Why was she still driving with a DL? driving is a privelege not a right.

    She's here now at the office. Nanghingi yung officer sa kanya na lang 1,200 para wag na ipaalam sa kabilang side. Pero dapat bukas ipa renew na nya agad. So tanong ko lang din kase nabangga niya, kase biglang nag stop yung nasa harap niya. Nag stop yung nasa harap niya kase nagbanggan na yung dalawa na nasa unahan nila. So 2 cars nag banggaan then yung pang 3rd car nakag stop pa at hindi nadamay sa dalawang nagbanggaan pero yung ka officemate ko nabangga naman nya. Sorry kung magulo explaination lol. Fault pa rin ng ka officemate ko?

    Swerte siya the officer cut her some slack.

    It's her fault. The 3rd car was able to stop yet she wasn't. Parating at fault yung bumangga sa likod. The assumption is you should have kept enough distance to brake even when the car ahead does a sudden stop.

    Temporary solution won't help. Baka yun pa ang makapagpalaki ng problema. Perjury labas nyan pag ginawa nya yung advice ng kups na pulis. She will claim from her insurance then pag nalaman, malaki ang balik nun sa kanya. Try to settle it amicably with the other party, admit your fault pero wag muna sa written report. Pilitin mo na lang mapakiusapan malay mo pumayag. Di naman talaga sinasadya yung accident although dapat hindi nangyari kung meron sana enough gap dun sa kasunod.

    Yep, safe distance rule so at fault pa rin siya.
