i got into a situation similar to this one before.

i'm in a four-lane avenue, and there was a honda city slowing down on the slow lane signaling to turn right (on a one way street).

a RAV4 came out of a small one-way street (on my right), but of course i didn't see the car because my line of sight was impeded by the honda city.


the RAV4 was hurling out going left (to the opposite direction i'm taking). he hit the right side of my vehicle. because of my momentum he literally obliterated my right front fender, two doors and my right rear fender.

the police studied the incident, and the rav4 was blamed. i can't remember what the police said. all i know is the guy paid for the repairs.

Like I said the person making a left is at fault. Dapat sila ang mag yield especially that the Rav4 is crossing lanes to get into his designated spot.

Be extra careful out there nowadays with the onset of rain.

obviously its the gray car... he should be turning with caution plus lane lang dapat ng black car yung maoccupy nya...

The gray car's at fault, IMHO.

It's really difficult to make a U-turn here in Pinas, especially when there's no stoplight nearby to force incoming vehicles to slow down.

imagine kung ano na mangyayari kung yung merging car ang may right of way tapos ikaw ang nasa linya di lahat na lang ng gustong sumingit pasok agad at pag nabangga ka kasalanan mo pa

pero kung kayo ang nasa red car kung kaya nyo magbigay pagbigyan nyo na kasi yung angle ng gray car hindi na nakatingin yun sa right kundi sa left yung path na pupuntahan nya, although mali pero usually that's the case, titignan nya yung pupuntahan nya, pag nagbangga kayo although kasalanan nung gray piyaot naman oto mo, happened to me once ako yung nasa position ng red car pero eliminator ko dala ko tsaka medyo pasok na ako kaya signal light sa rear ko nadali nya

1. right of way ng Black & Red ang lane
2. so right of way, dapat pinauna ni grey si black
3. wala syang paki-alam kung mag U-TURN... dapat e clear nya area bago sya mag merge
4. Kinain nya yong lane ng Red
5. grey ang bumanga sa red

wala bang nas magandang scenario hehehehe

This happened to me..while driving in a foreign country, a borrowed car, right hand drive, and invalid license..Made an illegal U-turn (the U turn slot was for the other cars travelling the other way, but it was night and traffice was light), merged immediately into the fast (overtaking ) lane and WHAM!!

Grey car at fault..should take care merging into traffic!

I was a few pesoses poorer coming home! huhuhuhu :crying:
Feel like doing this to myself everytime i think about it! Hayyy
