Ayun lang po. But it's your car and you can do what you want.
Yup. Ours is actually colored black and now that you mention it, color does have a function here.

Ewan ko kung mahirap umatras sa hatch nyo, pero sa sedan, it won't hurt to have some backup or parking sensors.

Got mine from CDR-King and here is my procedure:

    Update sa CDR King DRL:

I decided not to install the 9 LED DRL because they were too big.

Luckily I found an even better set with these advantages:

    1. Stronger LEDS
    2. Metal housing with cooling fins (although LEDs do not produce much heat)
    3. Relay already included and wired so that when low beam is turned on, DRL turns off

Ginabi na ako natapos kaya will post a daytime picture later.

At the time I got the 9 LEDs, they were the most expensive of the brand - 480 petot. These are 580 petot but much much better. The 9 LEDs will surely not go to waste. I can use them for trunk lighting or DRL for our Honda City.

Here is the video when they were newly installed.

Sadly, but not a surprise, pinapasok sila ng tubig baha. They are still working well as DRL. I'm just waiting for them to fail so that meron na naman excuse na magpalit

    Yes, working like new.

They do not detect low objects like concrete gutters.

Once I backed into one and since my splatter guards are "bell bottom", the gutter managed to pry off one screw. Nothing major but my wife was laughing at how I was too confident with the sensors.

I guess anything has its own limitation. Even a branded sensor would not detect low things. It was my splatter guard that was too low.

    Hey thanks!

That would allow a mod to put in your own indicator lights or maybe custom digital display.

listening to audio books which last an hour or more require a media player that can skip forward/backward quickly.

Combining both, I came up with this humble project with the following goals.

    1. Find a use for the secret compartment.
    2. Modification must be non-invaside and reversible
    3. Have a media player of decent size and proportion with touch screen controls.

I already have an ipod both the old generation with the wheel and the new touch screen nano but they are too small for my

weak eyes. Also, they seem not to be proportional.

The pictures and video are mostly self-explanatory specially for you DIYers.

The power and audio cable I plan to hide within the dashboard for less clutter later on.

The GPS came as a welcome bonus.

Plastic support added to match curve of secret compartment cover
Very inspiring work, master. Ano po mga audio books nyo? if i may ask lang. Thanks
