continuation of my ongoing feedback on 3.2 titanium....

went to tagaytay today. overtook 2x on steep uphill, floored the accelerator. mabigat talaga! andun yung power pero ramdam ko yung weight niya parang kakapusin pero kaya naman. nakakapag-alangan ng konti.

on the way down, maganda engine braking performance nya match na match ang tranny sa engine. unlike my other rides past and present, on a downhill the speed will go UP if you do not step on the brakes. this does not happen here. kung ano yung speed na binitawan mo yung accelerator pedal it will tend to maintain that speed no matter what the downhill grade. example nasa 80 kph ka tapos pababa ang grade (downhill) you do not need or very seldom need to step on the brake pedal. bitawan mo lang accelerator pedal it will maintain that speed. take note naka-off ang cruise control nyan ha, pure engine braking lang.

MAYBE because the tire pressure is at its lowest kaya magalaw sa crosswind but i've driven my grand starex on same strength crosswinds before and the feeling was the same. considering the everest has a smaller side cross section than the GS and the GS has smaller tires i was not expecting it to be like this. livable naman, surprised lang ako.

Power to weight ratio ramdam mo talaga difference sa acceleration. Though not on new everest ganito rin feeling ko when i drive the trailblazer of my friend sa highway mabigat din comparing it to our sorento to think the trailblazer is 200hp and 500nm rated.

American SUVs are really on the porky side. Tama lang yung HP rating niya for its weight IMO.

Does anyone here have experience with towing a boat? Were looking at an everest or ranger for towing a boat that is 3000lbs+. It has rating in paper of 7500lbs so hows the performance since it has to up and down the hills of nasugbu or bataan.

Bank P.O may mga nag aalok free insurance worth 40K and free mortgage.

meron sa harap, 1 aux-in and 2 usb ports.

yung kinabit ko na headrest dvd players at the moment gamit ko yung fm transmitter function nila to input the sound to the hu. but i am looking for an rca--auxiliary adapter cable to be able to plug the sound output direct to the aux-in port of the eve. may nakita ako rca-aux plug kaya lang maging bulky siya pag iplug ko yun sa harap. wala pa ko time magpunta sa Raon e.
