It must be the weight of the awd tranny and additional differential that is weighing the 3.2 down. Parehas namin ni-drive 3.2 Titanium ko at yung 2.2 Trend and parehas kami ng observation, SAME LANG ANG ARANKADA NG 2.2 AND 3.2, HINDI BITIN ANG 2.2

MAS MAGANDA RIDE NG TREND VARIANT WITH ITS 18 INCH WHEELS.

On the wheels, i was in a tire shop along mindanao ave yesterday. May 18 inch set dun for sale that came from a everest. I compared that to a mounted 275/55R20. Halos same sila ng rubber, siguro 1/2 inch lang ang lamang ng 265/60R18 sa kapal. I think eto na lang gagawin ko to keep the good looks of the 20s instead of going down to 18s.
That kinda sucks coz you bought top of the line only to find new tires, sobrang hi-tech ba iba features ng titanium to make it worth. Buong bubong ba ang sunroof

My problem with Ford sunroofs, is they tend to squeak as they get old, or at least in my explorer EB.

Not-OB, panay harp mo sa purchase ko. let's get some things clear ok para di ka masyadong concerned.

    1. i sold my GS and BT50 as i want to make my family hauler and 4x4 just 1 vehicle.

    2. so that means i need a 7-seater and i also need a 4x4.

    3. the trend 2.2 model is only 4x2. it does not meet my needs. so stop trying to make a sell. nakabili na nga ako e benta ka pa din ng benta.

    4. as for the mags and tires, even before i made the purchase of the totl everest i already had plans of changing the mags and tires. may budget ako dyan P120k nasa bulsa ko ngayon. di ko pa lang binibili kasi i don't want to rush. di mo ba napansin i am going back and forth between 20s and 18s. whatever i do with that 120k and if i do like it or not later eh cool ka lang dyan. it's my money not yours.

Yebo, hindi ba hirap sa overtake yung 2.2L? ano top speed? pag puno yung tao sa vehicle hindi kaya mag drag/mahina yun hatak? as you said, nung nag manaog kayo at full ng passenger medyo bitin yun power as compared nung driver lang naka sakay. 3 sales agent from 3 different casa have called & are offering the 3.2l sunset red, which is my preferred color. yung 2.2l around 2nd wk of feb raw, aluminum metallic color sabi nung sales manager from bgc. I'm torn between the colors & price/engine power/fuel consumption. hehe

sa ford commonwealth kami nag test drive e max 70kph lang. there were 3 of us in the vehicle di naman kapos yung 2.2 malakas naman hatak kayang-kaya mag overtake. yun lang patag ang commonwealth so i can not say na same pa din pag nasa kennon road ka na.

if you don't need a 4x4 then palagay ko you will be satisfied with the 2.2 titanium. yun lang nga you can not upgrade displacement and tranny should you find a need later on.

Nag test drive ako everest trend, i was amaze with the power of 2.2 engine. Di siya bitin for me, tama lang siya for a family hauler. I have a 2.2 sorento crdi and 3.0 fortuner and all I can say is the power of the 2.2 everest is descent. Interms of ride quality wala ako masabi sa 18's. Nag mini offroad pa ako sa construction site sa likod ng ford pampanga.

yes it stays on. as per the manual there is a 45 minute delay before the power outlets will turn off. no need to worry about this as there is also a battery minder that will turn off all power outlets if the battery charge gets to a critical level. the hu/mysync also stays on and continue playing your music even after you remove the key and will turn off when you open the driver's door.

when you open and close the door and do not press the lock button on the fob, NO.

when you unlock the door with the fob but do not open the door, YES it will lock again after about 30 seconds.

Same problem with my dashcam.... however my power 12v cigerette port does NOT shutoff after 45 mins it goes on for hours....Have to remove cigarette charger every time I leave the car. I read somewhere on a ford forum that you can change the fuse of the cigarette lighter port from "always on" to "only on when key is in or car/engine/acc is on". Have not tried or researched it yet but its annoying to have to keep removing the charger otherwise my dashcam will record for hours on end and then plug it in again after getting back to the car if i remove it

yung ford ranger/mazda bt50 pick ups 2012-2013 and some up to early 2014 ang nagkaron ng turbo issues. resolved na yun iba na ang turbo ng mid-2014 and above pati na din sa everest. yung transmission damay lang yun sa turbo, naglilimp mode saka shift shock ang transmission pag sira ang turbo. the new ranger/bt50 and everest have different turbo than the earlier units.
