2015 All-New Everest 3.2L TOTL Plus Package Owner here:
At first, my wife & I was pretty impressed and very happy with our unit. Overall extremely satisfied, at least for the first 1Km run!!!
Seems it turns out now to be a BIG FRUSTRATION, MOST EMBARRASSING & TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE FOR ME & MY FAMILY... long story short, kahapon Monday ng madaling araw, TUMIRIK YUNG BAGONG EVEREST, kasama ko family ko with my 2 small kids others (total 7 pass.) we're at our 2nd long road trip, 30-60kph near around Camp 3, Kennon Rd. Baguio, SUDDEN TOTAL LOSS OF POWER AND FORWARD/REVERSE SHIFTING (shifting lights on pero ayaw na kumagat sa kambyo?)... Traumatic kc it was around 3am, first time ever na nasiraan ng brand new na na ssakyan at sa gnitong bundok na lugar pa, pero buti nlang may light post at bahay sa unahan kaya di masyadong madilim...
Anyway, WRENCH LIGHT & EXCLAMATION LIGHT ON, "SEE MANUAL" appeared... POWERTRAIN MALFUNCTION/FAULT! Tried to check out pero wala po ako nakitang any form of damaged sa hood pati ilalim, tried all things I know including restarting but to no help... Called ERA, ang tagal pang sumagot, have to redial for 6-10 times bago nasagot, TOWING arrived after 2 hours (total 3hrs of waiting in the dark!!!) basically almost 6am na dumating kasi La Union pa nanggaling since Baguio ERA Truck we'rent available, towed for 20km to Ford Baguio, arrived their around 7:30am, have to wait till 9am for the technician to arrive, buti nlang may lodge sa gilid/baba ng casa kaya pinatulan ko na just to my family/kids to have rest...
Anyway, it was then SCANNED, DIAGNOSED and everything, but BOTTOM LINE, TROUBLESHOOT NOT SUCCESSFUL, hindi po naayos as worst last option yet best way to find out, they recommended TRANSMISSION PULL-DOWN.... (by the way, it was SA Jonathan Calderon & rest, thanks to there kind accomodating assistance)
Di po muna ako pumayag na ibaba yung transmission at mechanically galawin yung unit as to my concerns (PLS HELP / ADVISE ALONG W/ LEGAL REMEDY) are the following, primarily:
1. I want to have my vehicle transported from Ford Baguio and be fixed by my dealer FORD GLOBAL CITY due to Parts availability & etc? Best things to do?
2. Anyone, who experience the same or similar case/problem? Ano po nangyari? Ano po CAUSES OR TRACES ng car-issues like these with recent Everests & Rangers? Surely I cant blame myself for the malfunction or any misuse kasi sobrang bago pa ng sasakyan at maselan ako mag-alaga ng mga kotse ko...
3. Filing Legal Complain for such a likely Factory-Defected Product!? To be compensated for the losses/damages or at least the damage/defect be accordingly accomodated by FORD...
4. I would demand for A NEW UNIT, if not CHANGE NEW TRANSMISSION not a repaired one?
5. Any other advises or opinions? Please....
It was indeed a traumatic & frustrating experience for such an ALL-NEW EVEREST! Literally, BAD TRIP! My relief right is only to think that it may have happened for a reason, good or bad, yet still unknown.."

If you can settle things between the owner and the dealer, its better.. I don't think that media will be needed. Pag dinala mo sa media mas mapapasama pa yan dahil siguradong me dag-dag kwento na yan pag binalita nila yan.
I do not believe that Ford will not fix this issue. Better settle this privately muna.

Kept on asking them nung PMS ng Mustang ko. Tapos ngayon na walang new updates coming from the poster. Kung may bagong developments dapat napost na niya ulit. Something's not right....
