    observe proper tire inflation and change tire after every six years or malapit na ma kalbo whichever comes first.

    Same here. I tell the passengers (specially the one sitting behind me), that wearing seatbelts is for MY protection, not theirs.

    Some passengers were thrown out, this most likely means they were not wearing their seatbelts.
