Mga sir, sa warranty booklet naka sched yung 1k free maintenance 1 month after purchase or 1k km odo. Eh mag 1 month na unit, wala pang 500km. Kailangan ko po ba sundin ito? Baka kasi singilin ako sa 1k pms pag dalin ko after 1 month. Ty

may instances pa sila overstrained and overheat nila yung makina intentionally, so imposibleng hindi nila na sort out yang issue ng ranger now kung ganyan yung test nila. or BS lang yang video na yan.

Testings are done by all manufacturers. This is part of their marketing. You be the judge and weigh actual problems experienced here in PHL vs how they test their units.

Bro you have to bring your car na for pms. Its 1K km OR 1 month whichever comes first. Baka mahanapan ka pa ng butas and ma void your warranty.

Mga power rangers OT lang po....
Have anyone here have their ranger unit aircon clean or service? How much did it cost? (Casa or outside service?)
Notice recently na that my aircon smells bad (dump cloth smell like) if naka off compressor (fan mode Lang) but disappears when I turn on a/c, What seems to be causing it's bad smell? Any advise or idea po?
Is it included sa warranty?
My unit is xlt a/t, 2012. TIA

Check your cabin filter sir. Anyways, ganyan naman talaga ang amoy if mag fan lang, kasi ganyan din yung akin.

Malamang tinest yung kotse as best as they could. No manufacturer would release a car that did not pass their stringent testing, dahil babalik din sa kanila yun.

Unfortunately, iba pa rin talaga ang real world usage kaya may mga problema na hindi mo masisimulate in testing conditions.

I got my Ranger Feb. 2012. There was a sudden drop in engine power while driving and the powertrain light came on. It happened thrice last week. What should I do?

T6 started rolling out in Ph last July 2012. Are you referring to trekker model?

I think your unit went on limp mode (reduced power) after detecting something is wrong. Somebody recommended cleaning of air filter or replacing it. Did Casa replaced it during your 30T km maintenance? Your unit should still be under 3 yrs. warranty but not for long. =)

For 30k kms pms. Fuel,air and cabin filter are added on top of the regular pms.

Mine was released Oct 2012, still no sign of the CEL, but that doesn't mean I am not worried at all...

Sirs, got an XLT and i have some questions.

1. Is there a dimmer for the dashboard?Nagrereflect kasi sobra sa gabi sa driver window dahil sa magic tint. Medyo distracting.

2. Does the auto door lock at a specific speed for wildtrak only? I tried the steps in the manual and it doesnt seem to work.

3. Can we switch the computer display of milleage from l/100km to km/l?

4. What tire pressure do you use? The sticker in the driver side door says 35 pero sobrang tagtag para sa akin coming from a strada.

Here this may help.

1. Yes there is a dimmer. On your speedo display there is a long round black plastic button,press it gently and release everytime until you get your desired result.
2. The auto door lock is also for xlt. You can program it by following the owners manual. It may take you a few tries. Keep trying.
3. No. Only l/km.
4. You can try 30 psi.
