And remember, even if you eat 10k calories..wala yun...there is such thing as thermal effect of food, most of what you ate, hindi din pa proprocess, plus it takes a lot of energy to digest food..




I have another buffet this weekend I can't do that much preparation. I've been eating out almost daily since December
