Bro, the oil that you are seeing on the turbocharger outlet side is normal... that is if the PCV recirculation system is till present...

the PCV system vents the blowby gas towards the intake side of the turbo compressor, the vapors will condense and form a liquid oil on the discharge side of the turbo.. thats normal....

if you want that oil to lessen, you have to put catch can.. or if you want it to completely disappear you have to disconnect the PCV hose and let it vent the vapors into the atmosphere...
