Yeah same here. Mitasu rin gamit ko ngyn. Pansin kong bumaba from 13.5km/l to 11.5 mula nung ginamit ko mitasu. Maganda response pero hindi ko ma gets since magandang klase yung oil bkt kaya tumaas yung FC which is dapt opposite.

Swabeng swabe yung hatak nya, previously used Total Pickup First Gold Fully syn 5w-30 and HGMO Fully syn (hyundai OEM).

By the way yung Strada unit pala namin 8 years na samin.

Hdeo on gasoline engines still a common practice? Or it has bad effects now a days?

one time na nagpa-PMS yung friend ko sa casa (sinamahan ko siya) for 1000km PMS, we decided to change oil to regular mineral oil. sabi ng service advisor na kailangan naming bumalik sa casa after 3 months to replace the oil. question lang: do we need to follow the service advisor's advice?

mineral oil should be used for around 5k kms only and would be shorter if the traffic conditions sa daily route mo is heavy.
since bago yang sasakyan mo, i would say, Yes, follow the advice. langis lang yan, mura lang compared if your engine gets busted.

a lot of people here just follow the 5,000km (or 6 months) oil change interval for mineral oil.

since halos daily ang gamit niya ng tsikot, I would tell my friend na palitan yung oil 3 months after it was last replaced, di ba? since 5000km pwede itagal yung mineral oil.

so, the next time na magpapa-change oil siya, much OK ba kung fullly synthetic na ang ilagay?

hulaan ko, Hyundai/kia yan tsikot niya ba?

such a lame excuse despite 2016 na tayo and na applyan na ng technology ang engine oils ngayon and should last 6 months or 5000KM which ever comes first on severe driving conditions such as city driving in our country... some business establishment talaga, mas important ang profit kaysa environment...

There are 2 types of low mileage cars. One that is always stuck in traffic and the other that's rarely used. The one that's always in traffic really needs to change oil more frequently and is considered severe driving conditions in the manual. Oil change interval is 3000 kms or 3 months. The one that's rarely used can follow the 5000 kms or 1 year interval.

Whats the difference between the zic x7 for gasoline 10w-40 (800php for 4li) and 5w-30 (1,800php for 4li)? Besides price point and viscosity thcikness? Both are rated FS yata.

    Tsk- my bad!

b akit sa pampanga pa ang PMS? any Toyota casa can service your vehicle. Or go to a servitek or a recommended gas station.

i have used mineral oil in my 2005 innova diesel, since new.. i see no ill effects using mineral over synthetic.
any casa pms, regardless of where you bought the vehicle, will preserve the warranties.

Stopped using fully synthetic oil once my FM hit the 100,000km mark (that was 5 years ago). Since then, mineral oil lang and replacement filters na lang gamit ko, but having the PMS done every 5,000km na instead of 10,000. Still cheaper than fully synthetic oil being replaced at 10,000km interval. As of today, wala pa naman ako naging issue.

Ano kaya ibig sabihin nito? Dati kasi nasa 1 minute after ignition, nawawala na.

Ngayon kahit naka 1-2 blocks nako naka on parin yung cold oil.

    Using Zic X7, vios.

Baka you are referring to the coolant light? Hindi sya related sa type of oil you use, sir.
