    OT.

    shell 2T ang maganda sa big 3 in my observation.

    Tingin ko di na dapat, though i am at present add 2T oil from Petron diesel only. If ever magpakarga ako sa Seaoil, hinde na ako maglalagay ng 2T.

    The reason i asked kasi i been using 2T from total and yung 1 liter na 2T motorcycle oil nila may nakasulat na SAE 30. just wonder ano ang equivalent nito sa JASO rating. Thanks.

    Yes got it. dvldoc's says that JASO FA 2T's are single grade SAE30 oils and TOTAL's 2T MCO or motorcycle oils are under this type and classification.

    H! guys, just did last time adding to 2T oil on my fuel up in our Kia Besta 2.7 (J2 Engine)...What I did was, I added a 200ml (Shell 2T w/ decarbonizer-- mineral oil) on my quarter tank...then after some few drives I put up again a less than about 100ml. then fuel up some about 3 liters. What I really noticed on the previous day was reduced on engine vibration, firm idle, throttle feels so crisp/smooth and I'm still, evaluating/observing since I only drive for less than 5kms everytime I use our van, I want to check it for a long distance travel and see how it does perform on normal operating temperature (Half gauge temp.)

    recently started using 2T on our eve gen1... WL-t engine...
    tried caltex 2T, bango ng sa caltex parang bubble gum...

    here's some technical and scientific studies regarding the effects of fuel additives in diesel,
    2T seems to be remarkably effective in reducing wear and even exceeding the standards set forth,

    Been using Caltex as well. Appears to be similar with the Castrol 2T (which is much more expensive). I have been wondering if Caltex is merely repackaging the Castrol 2T

    Caltex = Chevron
    Castrol = BP (British Petroleum)

    Subukan ko nga yang bubblegum scented 2t ng Caltex.

    Wow that is a lot. That's over the 5ml/litre usual ratio. Do keep us posted on your engine man. I'm curious to hear what effects your ratio would have on your engine.

    *nivraarvin, thanks for the information. I'm most likely wrong then

    I remember accidentally placing more than the required amount in the Alterra on our way back from Cagayan Valley (250ml on a half tank, probably 10 to 15 ml/liter). Engine revved smoother (but not a lot from the prescribed ratio) but engine seemed to have lost some power. I'm also interested to know the experience of zap.FREEDOM.

    yes, I didn't realize in the first place that the proper ratio is 5ml/Liter. That time, but my thought was if i will only pour 5ml on my tank, it will not reach my fuel tank easily and drip/remain only in the fuel hose so i putted up a 200ml on my stock quarter tank and drive it around. then I decided to add again less 100ml, then wash it by fueling only 3liters...as of last monday, it was the stock fuel in my tank that I used and just gas up 500php worth of diesel (petron diesel) today but didn't add anymore 2T (kase nga sobra na hahaha!). so far I'm convinced of that thing....no more white smoke during early morning start-up, rattling vibration was reduced, engine noise was far from before....firm and crisp, on driving....my van ran 90kph on Slex early this morning, I'm so happy how my engine sound at high revs...ang tining unlike before.

    I'll try to post video soon

    Tank is almost half empty after i tried adding 2T a month ago. No noticeable difference after adding 2T engine sound, vibration and acceleration is still the same. Will observe in the months to come.
