Amaron battery

try the champion sub-brand by motolite. it's warrantied for 12 months only, but installed in our diesel innova that does long distances, it lasted over 4 years.
the same spec champion installed in my short-distance D4d, lasted only 13 months (sigh...).

i believe, if anyone would bother with it, if a trickle charger were used, the battery (any battery!) would last long.

una kong battery 2SM enduro, 2 weeks after warranty, wala na.

tapos sabi nung battery shop, up size ko battery to 3SM pero champion MF na. almost 2 years na, lakas pa din mag start.

Sa experince ko, mas mahal talaga yung mga pitstop ng Amaron kaysa sa authorized dealers nila, hindi ko lang alam kung bakit. Yung latest na bili ko just this July for Amaron Pro DIN 65, Php 6,900 from their authorized dealer while pitstop quoted for Php 7,400-7,600. Siguradong authorized dealer ng Amaron yun since I emailed Amaron directly and they gave me their nearest authorized dealer. But prior to that, I have already inquired Amaron pitstops posted in their website. Thanks.

i do not know how your battery looks like.
but from what i observe in mine, the filler holes are there, covered by a paper or plastic sticker. para pag binuksan mo, ay obvious na obvious, "for warranty purposes".
i googled it. it seems, yours are covered by a plastic panel that can be removed. google it, sir.

My Amaron battery powered car had been relegated to coding duties for a while now. I thought baka mapundi na yung baterya due to the intermittent usage, pero so far malakas pa naman. More than 4 years (2012???) na siya if I remember right.

Dead na 1SN Amaron nang Gen1 CR-V ko. Feb 8 2016 binili. Can't retain a change anymore. Disappointed ako 21 months lang ang buhay.

Switching to Panasonic now.

sometimes, the cause of not retaining charge, is the charging system's in-ability to provide that charge.
bring your vehicle to their outlet, po. they will probably check your charging system. if it proves to be the culprit, you probably won't get a replacement battery.

I maintain my batteries with CTEK charger (recharge every weekend).

But will have the alternator checked na rin.

Fear ko is phantom/parasitic load.

I think you're the 3rd or 4th tsikoteer after me who has a dead amaron right after warranty. Switched back to motolite, which would die within warranty naman[emoji51]but really wanted to try out panasonic pero motolite lang meron sa malapit na store

Have your alternator checked, might not be giving full charge anymore ...

Hmmm, maybe it IS a defective Amaron battery ... if you charge it weekly, then the battery is definitely defective ...

Isa ako sa may ayaw na sa amaron. It never failed na mag leak sa amin. 4 batteries out of 4 nag leak. Panasonic blue battery na pinalit ko sa innova namin

Driver may dala neighbor. Pero 13.8v naman dito pag naka idle.

May isa na warranty cause nabasa daw ng distributor dito sa tsikot yung post ko. But the rest, pahirapan mag claim. Ended up hindi naka claim

Yung Amaron din namin sa Vios nagleak pero lumagpas naman sa warranty period. Kinain lang ang positive terminal. Will diligently check the batt on my 3.

I tried Amaron Once, My Motolite battery lasted way longer.

Hmmm, so lots of bad reviews pala with Amaron. I thought of changing to Amaron once my stock battery dies. Might stick with Motolite then.
