P800,000 aint cheap, you can get a lot of excellent slightly used cars for that amount like the Toyota RAV4 and Honda CRV, with great resale values, more parts and assured durability.
Add a little more, you can get a bnew Hyundai Tuczon.
Even you and many people here agree that you are taking a risk by buying this unknown brand.

lahat naman may risk na kasama. i have friends who bought new cars na branded pero all of a sudden bigla na lang huminto so they had to bring it back to the casa. one was even a japanese brand.
same goes with anything made. may pumapalpak. minsan malala, minsan naman minimal lang.
ako naman, maingat sa gamit and i will ensure that i treat my coolbear with extra care and attention.

Mura nayang 800K lalo na may dual airbags at ABS yan at saka maganda talaga ang porma nang Coolbear!
Hayaan nyo nayang si boss rockiee_s,pera at choice nya yang Coolbear!
Buying 2nd hand not a great idea while going for a Tucson is like buying a gas guzzling slow SUV.
Reliable naman yang GW Coolbear ayon sa Croatian friend ko nasa China right now!

April 21st, 2010 09:13 PM #346they should also consider a major concern if those 2nd hand cars are not ONDOYed
800k? just imagine you brought this one as a better alternative to those sub compact hatch cars like the jazz swift and yaris

Yung GW Hover mukhang OK, I saw it at MIAS last sunday. Looks good. At 988K (4x2) parang mas gusto ko ito kesa brand new crosswind, given na 2.8di-T (more power vs. 2.5)na isuzu gamit at mas japorms yung exterior.... Mas nag tagal nga ako checking out china units than jap/american units.... hehehe
Medyo Funky nga design nila, pero with old school reliable engines. Very interesting...

ganun din naman mga korean cars dati....pero now, medyo mataas taas na resale value nila compared when they first entered the philippines.
saka ako, when i buy a new car, hindi ko iniisip yung magiging resale value nya. iniisip ko kung pano ako mag eenjoy driving the vehicle, pano ko papagandahin at pano ko maiingatan at maaalagaan.
i read somewhere, that if the paint is original factory, there should be no problem when removing...
