I will be coming out with Cruze side mirror protectors in the coming weeks. We have taken measurements of a brand new Chevy Cruze this afternoon.

can't wait to see the pix bro, no idea kasi ako about side mirror protectors bago pa lang sa auto e.

The diesel might be real, but the rumor of the 2.0 liter gasoline engine probably isn't.
Last time I checked the next stronger engine to the 1.8 liter ECOTEC is the 1.4 turbo (similar hp as the 1.8, but higher torque) which is standard in the USDM Cruze Eco, LT and LTZ.

And that's nice to hear if it does happen. Hope they wont trim down any great features from their LTZ. Their diesel variant maybe great this year to match-up Fords Focus Ghia TDCi..

Bro astig lalo na siguro kung same ng body color with black or chrome combi! un ang hindi ko nacheck kung donut type ba ung spare, got excited kasi mamaya tingnan ko bro.

edit: Chevy's spare tires are stainless not alloy like the others..

Are you sure its stainless? Its probably just steel (unpainted).

I don't see why do people want a full alloy for a spare? 95% of the time, after the flat tire is vulcanized, the spare is relented back to the trunk, never to see the light of the day until the next flat. For me this is a complete waste. We have been very fortunate to have ten years old + cars (since new) with completely brand new, mint and unused spare tires in the trunk. I'd rather have a donut tire to save space and weight.

Siguro sa pinas ok na ang hindi alloy wheel ang spare kasi napakarami at malapit lang ang repair shops. Dito kasi bro is hassle magparepair kasi napakalayo at talagang sasadyain mo pa. Eventually maaring ipagpalipas mo pa ng 1 to 2 days bago maipaayos ung gulong. That's the only reason na nakikita ko kaya mas maganda na pati sana spare is alloy wheel or pareho nung apat. To think of it, sa laki ng ibinayad sa auto hindi naman sana kalabisan na same na ung spare tire ng specs.

Other versions of Cruze DO NOT even have a spare wheel in the trunk. As in none. You will only find a repair kit which will only temporarily patch the leaking tire to allow you to limp to a tire shop for definitive repair/patch.

So we should even be thankful for the ugly black spare wheel.

The omission of a heavy spare wheel is intentional and is geared towards fuel economy.

Ooooopppsss my apology cross16. I guess pareho din ng top of the line LT dyan. Meron syang parking sensor, fog light sa harap (sana meron din sa likod), sun/moon roof, leather seat, 6-disc changer, usb, automatic climate control, non-dazzle rear view mirror, 17" alloy wheels, natutuping upuan sa likod para sa mas bigger na luggage, cruise control. 4 yata ung speaker tapos 2 ung tweeter.

Imho okay naman ang cruze, although now lang ako nakaown ng sasakyan. Ang comment ko lang is ung headrest nung upuan sa likod is masyadong mataas kaya inalis ko muna kasi hindi masyadong makita sa rear view mirror ung sasakyan sa likod. Isa pa is ung steel rim ng spare, sana alloy din . So far so good naman, medyo maingay sa labas ung engine pero pag nasa loob na hindi mo na maririnig halos.

Hindi ko pa maconfirm kung un bang side mirror is automatic. Can someone confirmed it?

honda's spare tire is alloy wheel. sayang nga lang at nakayuko masyado ung harapan ng honda civic 2010 kaya umayaw kami. pero kung may free na spoiler baka sakali pa sana
