Ang pinaka mababa kong napag alaman ay P35k per month plus taxes, plus utilities and security - roughly it would be near P40k. That was more than a year ago na rate.

^ i stand corrected. But that's Jollibee we're talking about. Small startups may not be able to withstand SM's "management". Besides, until SM decides to push their own Jollibee( i wouldn't put it past them, ultimong nilagang mani pinapatulan), to their advantage na in to have a Jollibee since it's an anchor store.
A jollibee in a strategic SM location grosses more than that. A jollibee with 10 counters can average between P500,000 to P600,000 on a weekend
