    I was looking through my old gallery and found this, eto yung na receive ko yung item at nabayaran few days ago. This was 2 years ago at black arrow ito. That's why I stopped using shopee because of black arrow. Ngayon eh balik shopee na ulit ako dahil parang hindi na nag de deliver ang black arrow.

    Yung order ko last 07/07, hindi parin dumating.
    Latest status was last 07/11 Parcel is in-transit from China to Philippines.
    Hindi na ata to normal.

    To be fair may nawawala din na packages si Lazada pero bihira. Last lost package tumawag pa yung seller sa akin para maconfirm kung wala talagang dumating. Ang weird doon, 2 orders of the same item ordered at the same time pero ang dumating isa lang.

    I understand lost package, nangyayari yan. Pero sa kin ang "lost" eh yung package na nasa akin na. Bayad na sa courier. Alam mo na kung anong klaseng courier pag ganon. And I don't want that kind of people knocking on my door.

    By the way, that courier is creepy, lagi sya ang naghahatid ng package ko, at magpapaalam pa sya sa kin through text na sya na lang maghahatid, baka daw nahirapan ibang rider. Dami nyang text sa kin everytime na mag deliver sya, I think because I give tip dahil mabigat yung dog food. And it take days for him to change the status of delivered items to "delivered". The one I posted above eh hindi na na change to "delivered" at naging lost na.

    Wala pa naman ako issue sa shoppee, Meron minsan lang pero na refund naman agad or hinde lang siguro ako mabilang, if meron damage or something pag mura lang hinde ko na pinapansin. I don't ask for refund or replace item. If it's obviously damage by courier I don't take it against the seller.

    Kaka order ko lang yesterday nun air purifier with UV lamp and HEPA filter. I'll wait kung ok deliver nila since medyo malaki yun item.

    May return/refund ako dati sa Shopee.. cable sya nakalagay plug and play lang.. Eh China pa yun, pagdating nung item may kailangan i-install tapos yung installer hindi na available.. Ano gagawin ko, hindi niya din ma-explain sakin kung paano ko gamitin.. Ang nangyari, na-refund agad yung binayad ko lahat tapos yung item hindi na kinuha sakin.. Hindi na lang din ako nag-lagay ng comment..
    Masipag ako mag-feedback at may photos pa.. And loyal customer din ako.. [emoji4]

    Shopee kapag wala sa Lazada at kung mas mababa presyo. Always remind the seller re J&T habit na hagis-hagis.
