PNP files charges against J&T Express over multiple violations, orders shutdown of Muntinlupa hub

Hub closure might mean delays in package. How would I know if my incoming package is to be delivered by J&T? All it says is standard express.

i'm not 100% sure but i think standard express is shopee's in-house courier while j & t express is one of their outsourced delivery agents.

from what i've observed, they use j&t express for merchants that are locally based while standard express handles purchases emanating from china.

Thanks for the info sir. So baka hindi J&T overseas yung item eh. Although baka hindi naman matagal ang closure since mayor's permit lang wala ang Muntinlupa hub nila. I hope they can fix it quickly.

baliktad tayo. i use lazada like 95% of the time. returns on lazada is hassle-free. just drop off the wrong/defective item at LBC

sa shopee you have to jump through hoops. bounce a few emails. answer a survey. etc then dropoff the item at cebuana

Agree, I buy major appliances and electronics at Lazada because if my experience with easy returns. For small items na hindi mo na rin pagkakaabalahan isoli kung may dipirensya, Kung saan lang mas mura sa dalawa
