yeah, yan talaga kinagagalit ko sa shopee. I only use what is available tapos bigla silang magsasabi na voucher abuse. Kaya ngayon hindi na ko nagtitira ng balance sa shopee pay in case topakin sila at mag ban na naman

I was able to talk to a 3rd party courier, ang siste pala ngayon dahil sa sobrang dami ng orders wether lazada or shopee nag hire na din sila (shopee/lazada) ng additional sorters, eto yung mag sesegregate ng mga packages kung saan pinakamalapit yung address ng buyer dun nya ipapadala yung package. Kaso ang problema may mga sorters na ewan kung sobrang tamad or tanga (daw) or maybe (my opinion) pagod na kung saan-saan na lang daw hinahagis or nilalagay or ina-assign yung mga packages. That's why when we check on our package's route kung saan-saan pa napupunta. Every sorting centers have sorters kaya good luck na lang we are at their mercy kung saan man makarating yung mga packages/orders natin.
kaya pala may package ako na umpisa sa Pasig napunta sa Parañaque, sunod sa Taguig, then sa Angono ending sa Taytay din pala mapunta bago ma-deliver sakin..
Kung nag-Pasig diretso Taytay madali lang sana.. [emoji28] Itinawag ko pa sa support ng Shopee pero for feedback lang para ma-count sya statistics..
Naisip ko lang po Doc na baka naman may AI technology ang Shopee and ginagamit nila ang ticketing/reference numbers nila to generate statistic reports para maging meaningful ang next upgrade nila sa user interface ng mobile app and customer service..
Pwede din nila i-present using stats yung mga major concerns ng customers sa mga vendors nila para din sa improvement.. Without data ang hirap mag-speculate.. Concern lang po, hindi po feeling entitled.. Wala naman magagawa customer service para pabilisin ang delivery. [emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787]
Im frustrated with Shopee jnt courier twice it was delivered but failed attempt it is because they deliver the items on both occassions 9pm and office already closed.

After failed 2nd attempt i called up Shopee and the customer assistant told me that item will return to seller and that will refund my money thru shopee pay. They will file a complaint to j&t and the irresponsible rider.

my account was suspended for 24 hours due to "unusual activities". i'm not sure what constitutes "unusual activities" though.
"unusual activity" is probably due to other users that you share your public IP address with. nakikita nilang multiple transactions coming from a single IP address.
