Yung unusual activity usually nangyayari sa kin may connection sa voucher. Una muna mag place ako ng order na may voucher tapos my order doesn't meet the T&C of the voucher daw, then unusual activity na.

can the costumer request, "office hours are 8 am - 5 pm. no deliveries outside that time period, please" ?

Better choose J&T, then select preferred delivery time.

Doc sa shopee merong option "deliver during office hours" (8:00am-6:00pm) or deliver anytime, nasa shipping option pag nag check out ka, hth

not really but I think J&T has a problem. I have 2 orders na failed delivery TWICE and the reason is "others". It never happened before naman

Yes thrice consecutive delivery to me was unsuccesful because they deliver at night i already compalined to shopee

I stated delivery time should be office hours 8am to 6pm but they are delivering parcel way beyond office time they should not have deliver it

Yung ibang seller takes 2 days to ship the item. Hindi ko lang alam kung delayed yung packaging ng seller or delayed yung pickup ng courier.

Nawala na rin yung separate review ng courier, I forgot kung shopee ba or lazada yung separate yung review ng seller at courier.

I have another package delivery today but around 8.30pm j&t call center contacted me saying my package will be delivered tomorrow instead. It seems j&t riders are fully loaded this ECQ is there a review for courier i will give them failing mark.

At the status section it is written unsuccessful delivery because buyer is not available so im at fault but in reality it is thiers. I do hope they improve their service.

So j&t tried to ship again my 2nd parcel on a 2nd attempt last night 6.30pm again its beyond office hours and at 6.35pm status message showed that im unreacheable but i didnt rcv and calls or text message from j&t rider. Im just shaking me head now with j&t got to call shopee again to complain.
