    ganyan mga streets sa San Andres, yung barkada ko don nakabili nang lot and nakapag patayo nang bahay 5 meters lang yata harapan.. tapos ganyan nag street parking mga kapitbahay nya so sya na may garahe hirap na hirap mag park.. sabi ko nga benta na nya and kuha na lang sya condo..

    I had to pass thru Tatalon the other day cause it was so traffic in quezon avenue. I was on the way to SS3. Speaking of really bad parking and tight roads... Tatalon is a prime example of this.

    Narrow frontage, narrow roads, undisciplined street parking, over crowding, over building, flooding, etc.

    Very vote rich though hehehe

    alam ko itong sinasabi ni EQ

    ung galing ka ng banawe area at gusto mo pumunta sa araneta ave skyway entrance

    so ang goal mo lumabas sa may sanctuarium

    dadaan ka sa mga side streets/inner roads

    puro double parking dami private cars, PUJ, tricycle, motor naka park tapos dami pa tao naglalakad

    you have to drive very carefully

    pag di ka sanay dumaan sa ganyan lugar maiinis ka talaga

    pero those roads i described above are relatively wide naman compared to that residential area posted in the previous page

    i mean kahit may mga naka double park nakakadaan parin ang sasakyan

    so imagine if those roads are cleared

    -

    ibang klase mga residential developments ngayon sobra kitid ng kalye

    pag may sasakyan ka at nakatira ka sa ganyan lugar araw araw stress

    para di ka ma-stress wag ka bibili ng kotse mag electric scooter ka nalang

    I just noticed that the units in the ground floor of Yulo Plaza naka usli na the cars from the gate! Sa bagay, even in our house, our front gate used to fit 3 cars easily now it's super sikip

    From the time Yulo was built a looonggg time ago until now, the average size of cars has gotten bigger and longer, but instead of building larger townhouses, lalo pa lumiit. I prefer the older townhouses and condos. The average was so much bigger. I've never been to a 20+ sq meter condo in the 90s.

    ano frontage ng mga cheapipay build & sell townhosue parang less than 5meters tapos apat to lima unit gagawin. Pag may gung-gung na bumili tapos kotse nya monstoer / fortuner at magparallel parking sa labas ng gate - UUSLI SA KABLANG GATE. Ganyan kagago mga gumagawa ng bahay ngayon hindi nagiisip sa future.

    sabi ko nga sa inyo THINK 1000years ahead.

    Even at 150 sqm lot, you may have to do a firewall to firewall sagad na design na house to have enough space. Medyo tight pag may 2 meters each on 3 sides and 3 meters in front para mas ok air circulation at least from what a few architects na I asked recently for a house plan.
