based on observation the lack of parking space doesn't stop many car owners from living in dense neighborhoods with narrow roads

i think it's coz wala sila choice

    yan ang afford nila eh

    can't give up cars naman

That's true. I am shocked nga na a lot of homes being sold on real estate channels is around 200 sq meters so it means the average home now is much smaller. I also hate na come on yung pool in a 200 sq m house that's practically the size of a pond

That's my number one XXX yung house na sagad sagad on all sides. Dapat strictly enforced yung MINIMUM 2 meters all around. Yung neighbor ko on one side we followed the minimum lang (so I guess that is 2 meters?) Nagkataon pa magkatapat bintana namin so we grew bamboo so we have privacy naman.

Walang passive cooling yung sagad sagad kasi isang side lang my air

I heard problema naman sa condo eh yung parking slot na binili mo pag uwi mo minsan may naka Park na iba kahit hindi kanila.

    Aysuus.

Sinagad yang mga so called “townhouses” nung mga nagpagawa not because of lack of foresight, but by design (sinadya talaga). Bakit kamo? Eh ang intention lang nila is to fit as many units as possible dun sa lot na dinevelop para makarami ng benta. Yun lang yun.

Basta mabayaran sila & tumubo, ano ba paki nila sa future nung bumili...
