why not rent out the house-that-is-about-to-be-vacated-by-you, instead?
wala ka nang pinag-hirapang sirain, kumita ka pa!

I talked to my neighbor again who is selling it, bumaba na presyo nya pero di pa din nag meet sa proposal namin.

Hopefully konti pa and ma acquire na namin.

Doc, gusto talaga ng family malaki yung open space from corner lot[existing na haus namin] to the next adjacent lot na we are trying to buy. Thinking of renting it pero mukhang mahirap magpa rent pag katabi mo, baka sakit ng ulo kasi araw araw mo makikita kung may problema.

Investment na din naman, yung house ko now has increased to 3.5X in value from the time na nabili sya.

Tagal ng reply ko, on business trip ulit the past week.

our family used to rent out our older houses.
i agree. sakit nang ulo yan, kung mamalasin.
less headache siguro if condo unit.

This is what I'm saying na hindi dapat sagad sa lot. Maliit lang yung lot pero kahit makipot lang yung space, at least it's wide enough for one person to pass through. Yun nga lang yung location binabaha hehe. I am so amazed at how much lots are maximized now.

176 sq meters, 7 bathrooms and 6 bedrooms, the size of the rooms are decent pa

6 bedrooms is a lot.

My new house which i will start building soon will have 4 bedrooms.

I will treat myself to a pool though
