    250thou per square 1,200 sqm so in short 300milyones

    dahil sa mrt-7 napapaisip ako bumili bandang farview.

    Imagine from zabarte to timog nakuha ko 15minutes 11pm yun. Papunta medyo may buildup pero magaan pa din 9pm. May pinuntahan ako north caloocan

    Do that sa south paranaque mapapajuicecolored ka.

    isipin mo dok ah nagawa ko 15minutes zabarte to timog ng 40-60kph manehong petiks-petiks lang. Napakabilis dahil wala gaano stoplight. But its 11pm.

    Thats why kaya ko iyabang trueqc dahil madami lusutan iwas trafficlights. Pero nabubuwisit ako sa scout bakit nilagyan alejandro roces at scout castor yung tabi ng barangay!!!! Pucha bakit nilagyan eh hindi naman oras-oras rush hour!!!!!! Saan ba talaga grumadweyt puro pangangawarta kaya kayo din mamalasin.

    nahihilo ako sa dami property nagbebentahan. I need to be precise this pandemic. Im not into making costly mistakes. Bragging rights importante sa akin

    pre-pandemic year 2010- 2011 sinabi ko if bibili condo puro studio lang madali paupahan. Ang dami nagbagsakan 3bedroom condo ngayon as in kawawa. How much is the monthly dues nyan and the world has change with this repeating lockdown isolation. Sino magiging market nyan????

    Ang hindi ko naforecast dati yung pagtaas ng parking. Im still human.
