    Yeah, its not well designed

    The developer should have added an air well so spaces in the middle of the house have ventilation. It would also be a feature for the buyer. Even a 2x2meter air well would be helpful.

    The bedroom with a window to the stairs is just odd. They also know its odd since they gave it 3 seconds of screen time

    Tumataas for some strange reason in tagaytay.

    We have a crap economy, crap tourism volume, an active volcano.

    And yet, prices along tagaytay keep going up.

    Baffles the mind.

    Many are leaving their condos in the city for a house in nearby provinces

    Prices in places like Westgrove, Ayala Greenfields, and Punta Fuego have shot up recently. There is also a flurry of construction activity.

    Some are buying houses to "hide their parents" from the pandemic

    Valuations in Tagatay are probably being dragged up by that.

    While Makati condos have lost value during the pandemic.

    Laki talaga binagsak upa condominium. Example 18thou eh bagsak all the way 10thou. Kung baga pwede na din pag menos ng monthly dues. Ang bigat kaya buwan-buwan bayad ka dues. Eh paano kung isang floor sayo tapos nagrerent before pandemic lahat students. Saklap.

    ang kawawa yung around UST, espana, sampaloc, legarda, mendiola nawipeout mga dormitories.

    madami natakot sa condo kasi pag may nilagnat damay na buo building. Tapos babantayan ka police sa gate.

    ngayon maganda bumili lote sa next 5years.

    Pero stay away talaga around taal volcano. Hindi maganda palikas-likas every time may movement bulkan.
