why would folks have more than 1 or 2 credit cards?

Pays to have at least 2 when travelling doc. Should be from different banks/credit card companies. Just in case something goes wrong with one, you'll have a spare.

Yes, Sir, through their expressonline e-mail address. Mabilis this year, less than 2 hours nagreply na. The following week reversed na. Two prior years mga 2 months bago nagreply. Nevertheless, granted din ang request for reversal.

Hindi pa ako nakatry ng ibang request pero try niyo po.

Just started working during that time so I just accepted the offered cc from payroll and offered cc from savings. Then applied another separate cc based from my needs(rebate cards). In my case parang ang saya lang na marami card during that time. :|

Pero right now, yes 1-2(diff banks) is the optimal # for me also. Siguro maganda lang sa maraming cc is the very wide range of promo and freebies that each bank offers. Downside, very high risk of losing/hacking/etc and hassle waiving AF. Pero usually naman same promos narin silang lahat, nag kakaiba nalang is visa vs mc.

I currently have a BPI Mastercard w/o annual fees and I'm looking for a Visa one just to take advantage of promos. Seems BPI doesn't push Visa cards ata.

Ayaw ko na yung patawag pa every year/month to ask to waive annual fees...

    Baka lang may idea kayo.

    Thanks!
Opt for AUB. Their annual fee is waived for life. You can enjoy flexible payment terms as well. Check their cards here: AUB Credit Cards - Best Promos & Freebies 217 | eCompareMo

In case something went wrong when using the card (offline, etc,) you have spare cards.
To avail of the different promos offered by each card.
For emergencies when travelling abroad (higher credit limit from the combined limits of each card)

I have BDO Gold Visa, pati BDO Cashback AMEX. Binabayaran ko muna yung bill except sa Annual fees, tsaka ako tatawag. Mabilis lang naman, at always approved since i always pay on time naman

From my research, the best no-annual-fee credit card is EWB Platinum but I saw the annual income requirement and holy ****ing **** it's P1.8 million! I have SB MC now (di ko na lang sasabihin kung ano, hehe pero el cheapo lang) but I am gunning for a new card this December, preferably something without annual fee. So I saw this article and figured you guys might be eligible. Hahaha!

Good luck sa mga gustong mag EWB Platinum or Bank of Commerce Platinum.
