ang alam ko yan yung rebates in case nacharge ka ng interests during the duration of bayanihan 2 (oct-nov). Hindi kasi need magbayad ng bills during that time, so parang irerebate lang if may nasingil sayo interest. But if you paid your bill, it shows up as zero.
