    Hi Tsikoters,

Please if someone has experience on this, is it worth to invest on it? I have read that minimum is 200K... am not just sure how much is the return if I get the minimum (200K) less the Tax and the Fees required by the bank. If this is ok, then maybe, I will just sell my Car and invest on it.

    Hope someone can clarify.

    Thanks and more power Tsikoters.

200K won't bring you anywhere. If you want to jump in here, you got to deal with high side of 7 digits to 8 digits. The coupon or interest per year of new openings are not as good as it use to be, 3.5-4.5% annually the most. They use to offer 8-10%. If you are to buy those Bonds it goes with a premium to the point that better stay away of it. The best time to buy is when there's new opening as it normally sell a few thousand below par. After a year it's above par already and you can sell to gain profit from the difference + coupon. Goverment bonds are tax free & very much guaranteed unlike corporate bonds but banks do take a slice in terms of handling & processing fees per coupon.

I would suggest stocks or UITF instead of bonds. In the short and long run, outlook on equity is still very positive so you'll definitely get better returns as opposed to fixed income instruments.

TS, if you're a type of investor who are risk taker invest in stocks otherwise UITF ( ex. BDO money market), a conservative investment... Goodluck...

you can just give the manager a call, for the name.

    5K for a 1.5M placement x 40 days... that's about right, give or take.

    dreany desel,

Whether pang poor or upscale, both ayaw ko. Kaya binubwenas tuloy ako.

Investment Management Account. Hindi yan time deposit. Product yan ng Trust Banking Group. Parang selling agent lang si bank/branch. Hindi yan covered ng PDIC kasi hindi yan deposit product...maganda siguro ung agent.

unless the interest amounts indicated are specifically described as 'guaranteed',
    such amounts are ... best-case scenario;
expect smaller numbers come payday, to avoid sadness.

Usually they use the word estimated but in my experience, ganun naman ang payouts. I will pm you the manager bro. Not sure if offered pa but ask na rin for addtl details if you are interested. Naabutan kasi ni X3 so hindi ko na tinuloy. [emoji28]

It looks like with the increasing interest rates, they were able to craft new policies where they give you a decent regular return on your money like bonds and use the difference to pay for the insurance premium. It's like a bond on steroids [emoji23]

I ask the FWD agent inside SB regarding Peso Nitro and she mentioned to me that the Principal after 5yrs will depend on the market condition so not guarantee your principal money will be intact after 5yrs. Also, the quarterly payout of 1.45% is not guaranteed. What I like about this the principal amount you can withdraw it anytime within the 5yrs period but you will get some deductions but after 5yrs there will be no more deductions should you opt to withdraw your money but then again the principal amount is not guaranteed. This is so far what I know. In case the FWD insurance company closes, your money will be gone?

    yes

coz it's a separate company (insurance company)

    hindi covered ng PDIC
